I like this guy but I must disagree with them here. 1. The human body was not designed it evolved. 2. it evolved to be omnivorous. Being able to eat both plant and animal gave us a much higher survival rate.

He is biased towards vegetarian. When you eat vegetarian you have to eat a lot to get enough nutrients and also wide range of vegetables. But meat has almost all nutrients in it.

If nature or God wanted humans to be carnivorous then they would have given humans sharp claws, Canine teeth, great speed and strength to hunt other animals and eat raw flesh like other Carnivorous beasts. But nature or God did not do so. This proves that Humans are supposed to be vegetarians.

(1 ingredient)... but on rice - you wouldn't (although it's 1 ingredient also)... 🤷‍♂️ how he can't see the flaw in his thinking/logic? 🤔😮 all creatures in the world eat in a certain way... all their lives they eat the same - no variety.. it's only homo sapiens who eat everything... all fruits, veggies, meats etc... 🤔 plus artificial things not seen in the nature... 🤷‍♂️

Vitamine B12 is necessary for the body, specially for our brain, and it is found only in animal origin food. Besides, the body absorve proteines from meat better than from vegetables. This kind of facts proves that our body is designed to eat meat, a part from vegetables. I have been vegan for 2 years, yes, nowadays, through supplements, you don't need to eat animal origin food, but the human body is not designed either to consume concentrates such as protein supplements. In my ppinion, it's better to eat many vegetables, and a little of animal origine food, but of high quality. It would give better life conditions to animals.

It's the other way around. Human body is designed for the non-vegetarian food but we are capable of surviving on veg food.
