it is perfectly fine to say we should get rid of certain technology.

This sense of flipping one way or the other is something I'm familiar with and my wish is to catch this moment of disengagement and with some instant intervention back to lucidity without being taken away for a month. My early life, my parents were not present enough to make me feel that I was their everything.
What I'm saying it's a problem that no one has an answer. Mostly admitting that loneliness is followed by mental illness. I love myself for the health I have and in one way I love being alone. I still need good company.
I crave a cure...
@Haltedgrowth Says:
This is problematic because people have been taught to erase themselves.
When you're sitting here with yourself and you say I'm all alone you are literally practicing self erasure.
You were saying I'm absolutely insignificant.
And that having somebody else around would be the only way that you would have any value.
We do not generate the emotion of loneliness because we lack social contacts.
The emotion of loneliness is generated when we don't acknowledge ourselves and when we practice self erasure and self-rejection.

Excellent! It’s a fact that compassion for others and kindness we give and show are very healing when given with a natural good heart. The Devine is within us if we look and feel the love of giving it to those who are willing to open without fear.❤

Another reason no one talks to people is becuase the lack of human empathy and the type of criticisms that are so openly shared. There is no discussion anymore just statements with no dissection or room for understanding a dissenting opinion. In other words judgement. Everyone has become a judge in their own right and no one wants to be judged. Atleast this is my distrotion that disallow me to wantbto connect with people in SF. Where diversity is promoted but not acceptance or tolerance.

I think the main reason of loneliness is childhood experiences. Everybody is alone most of the time. If a person feels worthless from the childhood age, this loneliness create an echo chamber that takes things personally.

Mental Illness in schools, young people 12, 13, 14 to 16 years old is at its peak. A student misbehaving has the power to get the teacher sacked, and schools are getting rid of teachers, as it is easier to blame the teacher. They are unable to deal with the inappropriate behaviour of the student. The law, the society, is supporting the student to the extent that no evidence is required, the student wins for inappropriate behaviour.
@balbhatt Says:
Sadhguru is *not* a certified mental health practitioner. He's a spiritual leader and yoga guru, and while his teachings might offer comfort or inspiration to some, they should not be mistaken for professional mental health advice or treatment. Dr. Vivek Murthy, on the other hand, *is* a certified physician and served as the Surgeon General of the United States. His medical expertise is backed by years of training and is grounded in scientific evidence.
When it comes to matters of physical or mental health, relying on qualified professionals is paramount. A surgeon's expertise is essential for performing surgery, just as a mental health professional's expertise is crucial for diagnosing and treating mental illness. While spiritual guidance can be a valuable part of a person's overall well-being, it cannot replace professional medical care, especially when dealing with complex health issues.
Imagine this: you have a broken leg. Would you seek advice from a yoga instructor or a qualified orthopedic surgeon? The answer is obvious. Similarly, for mental health concerns, seeking guidance from a certified mental health professional is the logical and responsible approach. They are trained to evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental illnesses using evidence-based methods.
While spiritual leaders can offer valuable perspectives on life's challenges, their teachings are not a substitute for the specialized knowledge and skills of medical professionals. In the realm of health, certified expertise should always be the guiding principle. Confusing spiritual advice with medical treatment can have serious consequences, delaying or preventing access to the appropriate care. So, when dealing with health issues, trust the experts – the ones with the credentials and the evidence-based knowledge to support their recommendations.

One of the best communicators was: Fred Rogers on the children's show, "Won't you be my neighbor!" It should be adopted by all schools for a morning elementary program as children start their day with others! It isn't always about others yet is IS about addiction to devices as a safe place "not" to be alone, I believe. Nothing is their own belief or there own manifestation of ideas so they can't add to the world in this environment. All persons should feel valuable and contribute from every age.
