I would want to put lexan with a Teflon coating on the under side and foot well. You can still see thru but it keeps the water out.

For the holes in the floorboards and firewall, I would recommend removable Lexan inserts. Reasons why... I see this being more of a show truck than a daily driver, and Lexan will allow the holes to still be seen through but also keep the mud, dirt, and rocks from flying into the cab, and taken out while being displayed.
