Should've explained that the rectangles two sides lengths together are PI*diameter, but one is then PI*diameter/2 which is PI*r...kinda jumped fast there imo. But great video!

You forgot to say that the formula for the circumference of a circle is 2πr. When you turn a pizza into a rectangle, the length of the rectangle is half of the circumference of the pizza. That's how you get πr.
