This started with Barack Obama threatening to withhold sanctions if Africans didn’t give the green light on homosexuality in the continental states of Africa. If Africans weren’t beholden to western powers they wouldn’t hav the ability to force their western values on Africans. I don’t see the western powers going to the Arab world nor Asia telling them to legalize homosexuality.
