Human body needs 6 to 8 hours of sleep.. those who think 2 and 4 hours is enough don’t know anything about biology.. every recent study shows 8 hours it’s the best for human performance. Just read “Why we sleep” by Matthew Walker an actual scientist studying the effects of sleep in humans for a number of years now..

Actually, the amount of sleep that your body requires is dependent on how much energy you exert throughout the day, as well as how many calories you consume. Don't take his advice if you are not planning on becoming a sage who requires very minimal amount of calories per day, and probably doesn't exercise at all.
