When you repeatedly say or think of something which need to happen...it wont happen on its own but the cycles in your mind make you to take simpler steps towords the thought process insted of thinking unnessary , hence you achieve your goal , otherwise luck and opportunities are rare instinct, whatever (any trigger factor) you get in your intellect the same thing repeats even if you think you dont want...hence it happens too either its joy or missery , which we choose
