Love his knowledge and wisdom. I'm a GEN-Xer. We didn't wear or seek out synthetics. It was 100% wool, 100% cotton, 100% silk or forget about it. We hate the synthetics of todays clothing. The clothes are so cheap looking and flimsy today. We were spoiled. We were addicted to quality. Today, you have to be rich to experience the quality of clothing and goods that we wore on an everyday, middle-class budget back then. I can't even find a 100% wool coat or blanket anymore without it costing me a fortune. You can even see clear through clothing and other items that claim to be 100% cotton today. And after they've been machine-washed two or three times, game over. They're worthless pieces of flimsy, frail threads.
