Starlink Mission

Starlink Mission

????

SpaceX is targeting Friday, August 25 at 9:30 p.m. ET (01:30 UTC on August 26) for a Falcon 9 launch of 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Base in Florida. If needed, there are currently three additional launch opportunities starting at 10:21 p.m. ET (02:21 UTC) until 11:29 p.m. ET (03:29 UTC). Four backup opportunities are also currently available on Saturday, August 26 at 9:05 p.m. ET (01:05 UTC on August 27) until 11:04 p.m. ET (03:04 UTC). This is the third flight for the first stage booster supporting this mission, which previously launched the ESA Euclid mission and Ax-2. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the Just Read the Instructions droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff.

Please come back to YouTube because Twitter formerly known as X doesn't have 4K... They should either fix that or broadcast on both. I think the quality of the images they show are very important

Por que os foguetes Falcon 9 pousam em uma balsa em vez de retornar à base de lançamento? - Why do Falcon 9 rockets land on a ferry instead of returning to the launch base?
@PeterArnold1969 Says:
As much as I love the SpaceX launch commentary team, it's nice to just hear the sounds of the launch and the flight every once in a while.
@nicholaslowe3658 Says:
Its so rare that we hear mission control audio
@user-mg8bb7zh9u Says:
Hey Elon. Fire it up.
@dylanketels5725 Says:
Why the two last starlink missions no commentary?
@Pintuuuxo Says:
So many people saying good things about SpaceX. No commentaries means that SpaceX is no longer investing in the true admirers. You just want the money from clients of Starlink (just like normal capitalists) and you forgot the millions that support you all overt the world. "F___ space, we just want your money." SpaceX was beautiful, 10 years ago.
@TRAVELMAN111 Says:
Amazing
@TheMastersHarvest Says:
SpaceX is first and foremost a propaganda agency. They have never put anything into "orbit." The Earth is flat.
@tntuof Says:
Ooh I never tought I'd miss the hosts but it seems so eerily quiet and sterile without them 😅 I understand not every launch needs/can to be hosted tho...
@arnoldmayii3563 Says:
I always wonder how flat earthers continuously think that this isn’t real.

The difference between generations – There was a generation that saved humanity then came home to send people to the moon. There was no such thing as acceptable failure to them. It was the Soviet Union that pretended something was not a failure or that it did not happen at all. This generation, failure with phrases like unscheduled rapid disassembly to compensate for ineptitude is ok because at least you participated, and you are entitled to something. This is the same generation demanding communism in this country as they applaud and cheer total failure. Then Generation – “Failure is not an option” Today’s Generation – ‘We are not afraid of failure”

@Elon Musk should know that Starlink is one the prerequisites of Skynet. Now the AI can hear everywhere

Animasyon 😂
@arsitaindira2925 Says:
this is what I've been waiting for, without the sounds of the host. 😁😊😊
@alcharcus8755 Says:
The sound quality seemed particularly good tonight. It was a real living and breathing beast tonight... after liftoff, the sound of the engines was also great.
@weedwacker1716 Says:
I want to thank the voice over mouth piece for again being so extremely non-intrusive. It was almost like they weren't even there.

Bravo Elon et l, équipe

Let's go to Mars!!
@terratec1001 Says:
This and the previous Starlink video are so much better without the dumb commentary which mostly just repeated what the radio chat just said. Also, why do we never see the satellite deployment anymore??
@Ben_Stewart Says:
Great more garbage link ruining the night sky.
@Vondoodle Says:
How can they manage so many landings without incident - I’m amazed

@DebraJean196 Says:
I like the commentatorless launches, but maybe you could expand the description a little to include a few more flight-specific facts: total SpaceX flights this this year, flight count for the fairing halves (I’m a bit of a geek abt these), and total number of landings - YTD and overall. If I had known you were going to stop providing them I could have probably kept track of most myself, but it happened kinda sudden-like…
@wolfgangscholtes113 Says:
I fully agree with the comment that there should not be more narrative than the engineer's status info. Makes the watching much cleaner and most of us who are watching every Falcon 9 mission, don't need the narratives anyway.
@wolfgangscholtes113 Says:
As far as I remember, this was the first time that the take off of a Falcon 9 was almost entirely seen from cameras at the top end of the booster. I LOVED it!!!😊
@lenhumbird Says:
Thank-you, SpaceX, for a NO-COMMENTARY launch video!!!
@stephenbetley9596 Says:
Much preferred this without the babble of a background commentary, just the technical readouts and details. They're a bit superflous by now post-launch.
@lasersbee Says:
it always puts a smile on my face when I see those 1st Stage landings....

Amazing Launch. Congratulations SpaceX.

Saw this go up while sitting in the Daytona international speedway, I heard a couple people ask “is that a UFO?” Lol

Several friends in rural Australia use Starlink. It’s been a game changer they say!
@Chris_1024_ Says:
Interesting, they drop them off at 150km again. Are the solar flares/space weather weaker currently?
@jimclark8845 Says:
What's happened to your narrators?
@stainlesssteelfox1 Says:
This is now so routine they no longer bother with a voiceover, just the Mission Control audio feed.
@johndoepker7126 Says:
A nice, calm, smoothly executed Starlink mission....as compared to yesterday's exciting and a bit more than a tad, nerve-wracking, Crew-7 launch....always a pleasure to watch and rewatch the stream!!!! GO SpaceX !!!
@brianw612 Says:
They should blow one up intentionally every so often just to keep it from looking so easy.
@christinenew5293 Says:
Is it the same Falcon 9 that took Crew 7 up???
@keithmanbeck1859 Says:
I really do miss the live narrative.
@whompywheels5165 Says:
Thunderbirds are GO! Wiggling Waffle Irons!
@fazerider9287 Says:
As usual, good job SpaceX. Hopefully this will become the norm and we will have daytime launches without unnecessary commentary soon! Also, it'd be nice to have audio from the landing barge.
@Jake_808 Says:
Why do they do it though? And why should I be excited about this? Us common people get told we should look after the environment meanwhile SpaceX is always doing these rocket launches, releasing toxic gas into the environment.
