I am so thankful to have found your content. I'd been really really struggling. I suddenly lost my son at 3 years in December 2023. One thing about Isabel is that when I'm getting too high on myself she feeds me humble pie and it's so good. Cause it allows me to slow down and appreciate the little things. Winter can be a depressing time,especially in the northern climates. When we lived in Chicago years ago,my late wife would get a little depressed in the winter due to the lack of sunlight and being stuck inside so much. That was not an issue once we moved to the south.
