Certainly, the united nations troops in DRC have caused more harm than rebels. In fact, some rebel groups have protected civilians than MONUSCO. Not one or twice but many times, nonusco soldiers have been accused rapes, steal and transporting minerals, siding with terrorist groups and aiding Rwandan troops access to take villages. The true mission MONUSCO was to facilitate balkanisation of DRC.
