I have a few ideas for your mother's house, specifically tailored to moms and grandmas. My brain may explode from all of the ideas I get, constantly! Marketing is my forte. I am an idea type person, and I come up with ideas all the time.

Didn't you have telephone poles on the treetop trek playground?
@angrymater13la Says:

@MrTrevorLockhart Says:
Not the ceiling fans! Anything but the ceiling fans!
@keyboardoracle1044 Says:
I’d build a bar, that does meals and has a rec room and an admin room for when people come in, build cabins and the bar in the RV area
@Lancelot1995 Says:
I still think a restaurant would be a great starting point. Yes, it’d be something new to learn how to run, but so is running a resort. Also if you build a restaurant first, you(as well as the crew helping with all of the construction) won’t have to leave to go eat.

@XqeDiosxqe Says:
What you need is a couple of good Mexican laborers to knock that out quick and inexpensive, get some good food and good beer and get shit done, son. You know how efficient and fast they work. 😂

Option 4b. You are a gun range (temporarily). Build admin and sell basic foodstuff and firewood (like Jellystone) Sell primitive spots and build an epic playground. Work on the pool and restaurant Cabins and venue

@ardillasecreta Says:
Those screws at the start are security bits so you can't undo them easily. Drill them out! Or grind like you did haha
@AndrexT Says:
Matt, those bolts on the siding are Security Screws, they only screw IN and are made to be NOT easy to come out. There is a tool though.

Hey, Matt. Telephone poles being hard to find, and all, a cheaper, easier to find option my be cross-ties(Railroad Ties). They are a little messier to handle, but I think they would provide what you're looking for.

Man, this is the first time I've ever heard of somebody else finding these bolts on a building. I've worked on 1 building that was built in the 80s, and we had to just grind all the heads off of the bolts.
@sqookylol2218 Says:
wouldnt Logs work just as well as phone poles it may not be perfect but im sure you could get lumber or something right? maybe even use some trees on property? im not sure just an idea though i would say plant some trees and have nature be the backdrop but that takes lots of time for trees to grow but instead maybe logs would do well maybe not. i love your videos keep being you matt
