This is a contenation of my other comment. Your big building have part of it made into a shop . Your office and offices for your managers. Ourhop should be designed to handle most stuff. You need air and an iverhead winch. Either a lift or a pit for oil chages . Your equipment needs to be maintained. You should have aplae or all equipment to be in out of the weather.
