you got a wrong tour guide she is absolutely not conversant with your primary objective ,besides she is ignorant about this famous mama . her translation is poor because she cant instantly translate a chunk of words in local language into english for your audience,next time assess the person first with a proper recommendation from friend

It also happened to me at the immigration border of Uganda, and immigration officer grabbed my passport from me claiming that my documents were not in order and that she needs money from me. I went direct to her superior reported her and threatened to sue the whole immigration for not respecting my passport which is a property of another country. She was forced to apologise, I think she lost her job. And on the streets of Kampala, everyone wanted a bribe even taxis, that was a nightmare I tell you. Well, that was such an experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! And may I say Ugandans are not friendly at all
