this really starts feeling like 80s cartoon nostalgia.. thinking about TMNT's Leonardo and his double katanas, or even better yet, One Piece's Zorro! Really elegant. Thinking, would it be possible to give it a bit longer blades ? a katana for example has a two hand grip handle. can we make something with that extra length? Would really be cooooooool!!!! regardless which version, knife length of sword length, definitely need one now! is there a pre-order list?

PLEASE don't make this a limited design! or atleast make this la imited version in premium materials and then make a more mainstream one out of say 14c28n Steel, which is super tough and corrosion resistant while being affordable. The affordale version could be a bit shorter if it will make it more practical and economical to manufacture but keep the 14c28n steel as it's really popular in knife world and that way i think you can get this cool knife tech to more people.

Fantastic work! Great tool for hiking in areas with predators. Great profile for horizontal belt carry, front and rear. Definitely need to really give that mount serious testing. I'd be concerned about a branch, gear or ones arm hooking an end and it popping out, especially when carried at your rear. I'm sure you will have a good solution by production time.

Just a thought on where this will be in 10 years... trickle down of modern design and technology is normal, so this will be cheap in 10 years. But, I see sheath knives heading this way too. Not all sheath knives, but there'll be a few options out there. For people who want a small sheath knife, but longer. Small for carry, big for use 🤷♂️. Just one knife, where the sheath pulls the blade.
