Free engineering advice: if you don't want that new roof to eventually become a kite then a pile of splinters and twisted musicians, err metal, it would be good to pin it through the part that protrudes out the bottom of the stake pockets and have something heavy to attach it to when you lift it off - or store it on the lee side of a building. For leveling - use a 1/4 clear vinyl tube a little longer than the trailer and fill it with colored water. stretch it from front to rear and place the ends of the tube a couple inches above the floor. The height of the water will indicate level when its an equal distance above the floor at both ends.
