Niger doesn't have to put up with that, especially given that the Niger had something the amerikans wanted ---- the air bases.
But be very careful ---- amerika is very well known for conducting covert 'uprisings' and 'regime change' operations.
Niger did the exact right thing --- get the Russians in there, and they will show the Nigerians how to ferret out these 'regime change' operations and thwart them.
Better yet --- you have Russia on your side, it's a given you have China on your side.
And unlike the United States & their lackeys in the EU ---- they won't use Niger and steal their natural resources.

The foreign policies from what I see is to militarily occupy a country undercover to use that country as a proxy for there soft wars of course as seen miltarily they will extraction of minerals as a form of payment for doing NOTHING. Then comes the multi billion dollar corporations to extract more of the minerals at absurd prices, the economy collapses inflation goes up civil unrest and Rouge media will spread propaganda to cause more unrest. Meanwhile roads are never built, Infrastructure will never be done, The Gov will be only given aid which they cant use use because it will have to pay for Americains just to occupy your land with bases strangling your growth and your military while holding the economy hostage.
