the shelf brackets and the black candle lanterns hurt the most watching them get trashed. Those black lanterns could have been used at events and as accent pieces on so may occasions. You guys need to create a storage space for props and accessories like that.

The concentrated Hydrogen Peroxide is no joke. I cleaned a bunch up that spilled one time (thinking it was water), and the skin on my hands started sluffing off before I realized what was happening. Good call on the hand washing.

Any storage building you're storing sheets and stuff you don't want mice in, put Irish Spring bar soaps in there. You can't just put the unopened boxes around the perimeter. Mice hate the smell. I use it in my camper trailers. Great little trick that works forever, and smells good.

you should donate that little scooter as I'm sure there's probably a place that would gladly take it and then sell it for a reasonable price or give it to someone who can't afford one of those. Also I'd spray foam that building rather than putting normal insulation in just to avoid any chance of insulation getting on the stuff you store in there even with the sheet rock

LOL at the peroxide that was probably like 50 bucks worth that stuff is crazy stuff and yes it will burn skin or can. it is probably 25 or 50% peroxide solution. With the b&b business you will even potentially have to buy some at some point
