The issue with the body positivity movement is that it further pushes that worth is only dictated by looks and body. I personally believe that everyone is more or less equal when everything is taken into the equation. For instance, a person with advantages in one regard, e.g. rich family & upbringing, will also have poor values and personality to balance it out. Someone who is conventionally beautiful might be a brat, or lack any kind of practical skill, or lack loyalty, just to name a few. Just because woman A looks better than woman B doesn't mean woman A is better than woman B, but the entire body positivity campaign says, "no no, their looks are equal" while completely ignoring that there are other things of equal or greater importance to balance them out, making woman A and woman B equal as a whole.

As a German, I really do sometimes have to wonder what on earth US-Americans learn at school (nothing). I mean, this advert is questionable, YES. Adverts are meant to be memorable – and this one certainly achieves that, just like Rammstein did back then with their song ‘Deutschland’. BUT it’s certainly not Nazi propaganda. And I’d go so far as to say that here in Germany we usually learn a fair bit more – albeit in a rather subtle way – about how things came to be that way back then.
For anyone who’s wondering, when I was at school, we spent about half a year each in Years 9 and 10 at secondary school (Reahlschule) in Germany studying this topic. And every school class in Germany has to visit a concentration camp to show WHAT actually happened back then!
