From time to time it will happen that a transaction between your mobile wallet and the bank fails, in such moment you would whish for a good customer care service to return the money. Unfortunatelly for me, I found out the hard way that MTN Rwanda, and it's Mobile money department do not believe in this. They took my money , refused to give an explanation and at the time of posting this video have not yet given it back... what a shame.
