Starlink Mission

????

SpaceX is targeting Friday, May 19 at 12:41 a.m. ET (04:41 UTC) for a Falcon 9 launch of 22 second-generation Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from Space Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. If needed, there are additional launch opportunities the same day at 1:31 a.m. ET (05:31 UTC), 2:19 a.m. ET (06:19 UTC), and 3:09 a.m. ET (07:09 UTC). Backup opportunities are also available Saturday, May 20 at 12:27 a.m. ET (04:27 UTC), 1:06 a.m. ET (05:06 UTC), 2:02 a.m. ET (06:02 UTC), and 2:48 a.m. ET (06:48 UTC). The first stage booster supporting this mission previously launched CRS-26, OneWeb Launch 16, Intelsat IS-40e, and one Starlink mission. Following stage separation, the first stage will land on the A Shortfall of Gravitas droneship, which will be stationed in the Atlantic Ocean. A live webcast of this mission will begin about five minutes prior to liftoff.

It's so nice to watch the booster landed on the barge knowing that a few minutes earlier it was spiting fire at 8000km/h !

Annoying voiceover. Next step will be a computer generated voice that reads the teleprompter?

So well done to the SpaceX people. Worldwide, this never ceases to amaze. Keep the vids coming. The best viewing literally every week now! Thank you.

I haven't been watching these for that long but it is amazing watching these guys send up their rockets into space and satellites and all that. Technology has come so far along and so short amount of time it's almost scary but beautiful at the same time and a shout-out to the lady that narrates the whole thing I'm not sure what her name is but thank you to goes out at her to.
@DanSpotYT Says:
She has a very nice voice for narration.

As technically and logistically difficult as these launches and landing are, SpaceX make it look EASY and routine. You guys are awesome. Keep up the great work. USA, USA, USA.🚀

I gotta wonder. What poor twisted souls give these SpaceX videos a thumbs down? They must be miserable people. Sad
@scottbaker9066 Says:
Don't even care about the satellites! Booster landings makes the cost structure of space available for many more uses.

Sure they did another flawless flight and perfect landing... But Bezos could do even better if he didn't have to spend all his time launching his new GIANT YACHT !!!

Apparently, posting "never gets old" never gets old.
@ralph.gaming.9000 Says:
The falcon 9 first stage is approaching being safer at landing than the space shuttle (depending upon how you select your datapoints. If you measure the last 100 landing attempts of each, then it is safer).

At video's 20:00 what is entering the lowe rleft corner of the frame? Is it a spray of water? fresh or salt?
@michaelstewart8143 Says:
Why don’t they have camera on one of the fairing half’s? Might be kind of cool how they come down and go through re-entry.
@scoobedoo1008 Says:
Why do some condensation clouds before launch seem to originate from welds in the rocket rather than from the entire surface? Very clear on the second stage at about 6:50 of this video.
