You were messing around with some kind of weird plastic material in another video I'm assuming it was some kind of a fiberglass. The handles Perfect all you need to do is beef up the blade. Believe it or not they make ceramic PLA and metal pla for 3D printers how cool would that be for your future blade projects I would highly recommend finding somebody that is a 3D printer graphic designer to help you with some of your projects. What I do is I take an image I render it from 2D to 3D so it's a vector to 3D software I just Google it. I have plans to take those 3D printed models bevel them with a file and then go over them with super glue and seasoning to give them some kind of an edge and structural integrity. They say that super glue and graphite is amazing stuff but graphite's hard to get ahold of I know it's used in Machining as like a lubrication.
