the 18 round high quality mag is enough to sell me and then the much faster shooting, not having to change hand positions...no comparison.

Hello Joerg I have been watching your awesome engineer tech hobbies, from the beginning of your first post. So happy how you've grown and the excellent development of the products. your presentation a unique character sharing & teaching an added bonus. I'm speaking for the first time in the commentary as I'm saving up for your product 👍 the advancement of many crossbows presented has offered a boyhood dream to own such applied technological development of German engineering towards ancient weaponry in our modern times. I'm located in New Zealand so the euro currency is higher than N.Z hence the need to save I have an amazing following on Google Map app short of 500'000, title under hospitality tourism and entertainment, so I will certainly put up a post dedicated towards the tactical stinger let me show you it's features😂. Thank you for your excellent post's 👍

I haven't been to the channel in a long while. Joerg has lost a bunch of weight. Looking good! I remember when he made the first Instant Legolas out of balsa wood. That mini one was cool. I think it used IKEA pencils as ammo.
@grootonthemove Says:
Hi Joerg, first of all, i like your videos ❤. I already have a Adder 180lbs and now the M10... from my 2 magazines, 1 works good but the 2nd ejects the arrows... my 75lbs limb doesn't look conform and seems it has less (only 4,5 mm), i will check with a caliper. Steambow will surely replace those wrong components. Thanks for sharing your expertise. I'm waiting for the Interceptor now 🙏

I love people that review products in this way,genuine,authentic, honest, open, and even honest about the possibility of being biased but still trying hard to be objective to serve the most important thing ,that everybody is after: the closest truth possible someone can provide despite personal and emotional involvement. If every politician tried just as hard, there wouldn't be a civil war happenning in the US in a couple of days.
@Dutch_Defense_and_Survival Says:
@Dutch_Defense_and_Survival Says:
Mr. Sprave, I believe there's a significant flaw with the M10 upper that may have been overlooked: the "AR-15" takedown pin. I personally experienced a failure with it while the bow was loaded, and after sharing my review, I found that others have had similar issues. Today, I uploaded a test video showing what can happen if the pin fails (causing the bolts to come loose) while firing simultaneously. If you can find the time to check it out, i think it might be helpful to you 😂

@Dutch_Defense_and_Survival Says:
Hello, Joerg! I actually made an unbiased, unpaid review of the M10 upper a day before this video came out. Even though you're financially involved, not a word was misleading in this video about the M10! I would be honored if you checked it out!

@Hit_man1812 Says:
They are clearly fooling people for self gain. Disgusting & the establishment should be investigated.
@deadlymedley3306 Says:
What how could anyone criticize the interceptor? It's the best repeating crossbow ever made. The only one in the world with a bottom fed magazine, super high capacity. And also the fact that it has a dispenser mechanism that separates the ammo stack from the loaded bolt which solves the inefficiency issue most repeating crossbows have when the magazine is full. You would really have to go out of your way to pick and criticize that particular crossbow so they're probably just jealous because they're not the ones that made it.
@FamilyGuy208 Says:
I have the Interceptor ordered with extra magazines and 90lb limb (currently awaiting December delivery), i was also thinking to order a M10 because i liked the fact it comes with everything, folding stock, cheek riser, magazines, great tactical look and also comes in a nice flight case but then i heard about the magazine issues and saw the demo of the Revo7 by Jörg so instead i ordered the Revo with a few spare magazines which also arrives in December. After seeing your limb test and proof of steambows mis-selling underpowered limbs to their customers I'm glad i didn't order from them even though astheticly i find their design more appealing to the eye.
@ntrancedffs Says:
I haven't had any issues with the three M10 magazines I've purchased, yes they are fiddly till you get 4 bolts in but I've never had an issue even dropping them where bolts come loose. Having said that I think your review was actually fair. My only complaints about the Interceptor is why can't you use an AR15 type takedown pin at the front insteaf of that ugly enormous silver pin? And can they not anodize the silver bolts/nuts, metal on the magazine etc to be black? And why the bronze on the trigger and the limb block? Hoping at some point you revise that to a full jet black version then I'll be happy for you to take my money!
@Yiddan Says:
I am going to slightly defend their magazine (emphasis on slightly)
They fit onto a tactical vest, fantastic 🙌🏻
if you load them with heavier, higher quality bolts. They do latch into the magazine with only 1 bolt loaded & do not eject by putting pressure on the mag.
With said heavier arrows, if you remove your loaded magazine from the crossbow, you only lose a single bolt that was loaded onto the rail, the entire thing doesn’t eject.
With that said I do think all of the ammo on the market for these bows should be compatible with the magazine (they are compatible, but barely & awkward to load)
They do however feel very cheap & I question their longevity. I think if you dropped a loaded magazine it would likely shatter to pieces.
The interceptor mag looks incredibly built, but very cumbersome & not something you could store on a vest or in a pocket for a quick-grab on your next load.
However, if it’s true about the draw weights on the limb sets (I have bought a caliper to check)
This is very alarming and I hope Steambow would do the right thing to rectify this.
I personally think both bows are a masterpiece, each with their different perks & flaws. with the higher quality bow coming in at a higher price.
@AT99_TKT Says:
Hands down, the Interceptor comes out on top. Ok, the Stinger have won in limb exchange speed, but I doubt I’d even buy extra limbs to swap out-and even if I did, I don’t see when I'd need to do it so quickly. Paying more for premium quality and design is worth it to me; you get what you pay for. By the way, I am very biased too. I pre-ordered the Interceptor as soon as I saw it. 😆
@danielalbert2691 Says:
Stinger $199. Interceptor $599. It took three Shermans to knock out one Tiger tank. So we built nearly 50,000 on the cheap, and the Germans built fewer than 2,000. Who won the war again? And yes, it's just a joke.
@danielalbert2691 Says:
Jorge, you really don't like the Stinger magazine! Neither do I. :)

How soon before one of Jörg's repeating crossbows features in a movie? You just know that someone is thinking 'Gotta have that crossbow on-screen!'
@0815Skorpio Says:
Well if a Magazin needs to be filled more to hold everything in it is bad design. It needs to hold from 1 all the way to max.
@daveworthing Says:
Jorge, did Steambow reply to your limb test where you proved three of them were underpowered? It's important that we know?
@bobbypalermo5135 Says:
It would be ironic if you made and sold aftermarket magazines and limbs for the M10. Improved, of course.
@MJ-vj1un Says:

@TheAArmstrong Says:
Joerg, is the length of the front grip a necessary when cocking with the Interceptor?? I understand it’s to get a solid hold whilst cocking, just seems to take away from the aesthetic.
@roiq5263 Says:
Middle Ages crossbows had that kind of trigger mechanism that spins. This would maybe solve some of the problems of the adder crossbow trigger.

Looks like a boltgun from 40k.
@MikeG16 Says:
I have a pro limb that I stopped using because it got bent on one side and it looked like it has a stress line and looked like it might snap any time soon.
I also used the heavier hardened steel tipped bolts so it was not a question of me using bolts that were too light and I also never dry fired it.
This along with your proof that the poundage is way less than advertised makes me believe they have some serious QC issues. I switched to an old red back limb I had and this one has hundreds of more shots than the pro limb and shows no sign of failure whatsoever.
I have pictures of the messed up limb if you are interested Joerg
