No sir, red dots must be mounted as far forward as possible as you are intended to shoot with both eyes open. When doing so the housing of the dot disappears and your field of view is essentially as wide as your eyesight. You shouldn't be looking THROUGH the red dot tube.

This is an awesome design with some good engineering put into it! But, I wonder what the draw weight, velocity, and energy on target will be when it's tested. It seems rather cumbersome to activate a button on top of the stock in order to load another bolt. Leverage is used to cock this bow, but what if a pulley system was used to linearly charge the weapon? With that, you wouldn't have to change your grip on the weapon while keeping it shouldered. The idea being, when you charge the weapon, you pull back on the rear grip while pushing forward on the foregrip. That, combined with an internal pulley system that increases the force produced with the pull stroke by four or five times would increase the power. The use of cams and four limbs on the bow itself (as many modern crossbow designs use) would also lend itself to more powerful shots. The rate of fire would also be increased. To increase energy on target, the bolts themselves could have arrowheads with lead cores and a steel jacket. Just some food for thought.

The same pistol grip & trigger. The same 10+ bolt magazine & foregrip. Even the same scope & full-length picatinny rail. The main differences would be the lack of the bow, as well as the addition of a high pressure tank & dial integrated into the stock.
Imagine having half a dozen magazines, each full of a different type of crossbow bolts: target, bodkin, hunting - even bird catcher & fishing barbs if they fit. Pressurise the tank to max (setting it to equalise the pressure for each shot), then start shooting at multiple targets each at a different distance. As soon as one magazine empties, pop in another & keep going. How many shots until the pressure runs too low & you have to refill it? 25? 30? 40!? With a decent-sized steel alloy cylinder, just how high can the internal pressure get? Certainly enough to fire an aluminium bolt (with a 225 grain broadhead) with enough impact energy to kill small game over 50 meters away...
