The step that resonated with me the most and intrigued me was the fact that you said we should make research about the company we are willing to work with and browse about their Job description and prepare your self ahead of time before applying so that it can make you the most likely eligible candidate for the Job.

Hello, In step 4 - 7:45 to 7:59 - you talked about taking an app which is not designed properly as you think and redesign it and get feedback. I really had a question for a very long time as you said you would answer all the question in the comment below, so i wanted to take this chance and ask you ; Like if i want to redesign a certain app for example take Amazon or Flipkart or any other app, like do i have to include all and everything for example all the options mentioned in the HAMBURGER BUTTON - then the setting mentioned in the app and the sub settings of it, the rules and guidelines everything - like if i redesign then do i have to include it also i don't mean to change the guidelines, the design i am asking? OR i just have to design the format of what info will be where, i don't actually have to put all info there i just have to design and the company would do that?
