I've seen more than 5 aerial phenomena I couldn't explain at the time but alien craft was the last thing on my mind. I believe that all of them had terrestrial and prosaic explanations. However, too many people jump straight to little green men because they then have a story to tell.
Btw, I'm watching this 5 years later after watching a suggested video on the Pentagon's release of uap case files and, laughably, the footage is still just blurry dots. There's also the usual talking heads who "for sure used to work for the govt" claiming they've seen evidence that they can't talk about but take their word for it

My friends all saw it too on a different night. It didn't have any FAA compliant lights, no lights at all. It wasn't making noise, and seemed to be going pretty fast. What was it? A B2 bomber? I can't imagine someone would be hang gliding in the middle of the night, it was also going too fast to be a hang glider. It was also more equilateral shaped too. But given the angle I was viewing it at, a B2 bomber silouette would appear more equilateral.

Came and saw this a year after it was posted. Re Fravor , the video that you showed, where you say it did not match what was describe was of a separate encounter that same day.
Fravor was not alone when he encountered the UFO, Fravor was in an F/A-18F with a WSO behind him, off his wing was another F/A-18F with a pilot and WSO.
When Fravor saw the tic tac bouncing about on the deck, he went into a descending spiral, his wingwoman went into an orbit above him as top cover, she and her WSO also had a view of Fravor's encounter, seeing Fravor descending and the tic-tac coming up to meet him before it just took off.
At this point Fravor and his wingman rejoined formation and headed back to the ship and reported what had just taken place, and they were informed over the radio that their bogey was now over by their patrol station (where they had been when they received the order to investigate the bogey).
Upon landing, they reported the incident to the CAG and Intel, the CO of another F/A-18F squadron got the details of their encounter from Fravor and he took off looking for the bogey. That was the tic-tac video you saw where you said it did not match what Fravor described.
Different F/A-18, different crew, a few minutes after Fravor's encounter.

My mother and I seen something very strange when I was a little boy driving to my Uncle's house to pick up my dad. He had been helping my uncle dig a septic tank at his new home earlier that day , It was now dark out. I was around 8 years old. My mom at the time was in her mid twenties. This would have been in the early eighties. When we turned South off the main highway onto the rural residential side street that we were travel to my Uncle's home , there was a very bright rectangular object in the sky. Roughly the size of a train car , what would be called today a Unidentified Ariel Phenomenon. It was hovering about 50' in the air and about 50 yd from where we were , and slightly diagonal from the front of the pickup truck. As we approached , It descended even lower to around 20' off the ground and proceeded to drift sideways In a Easterly direction until it was directly hovering in front of the truck. Leaving only two paths either back the truck up or drive under it. I remember my mother stopping the truck and saying oh my God what is it. She said this frantically , she was crying , and she was terrified. I remember the object begin to get brighter so bright in fact the cab of the truck was lit up to the extreme there was no shadows not a single place was without light. I could no longer make out familiar shapes or details of my surroundings. It was as if everything was completely bathed in a spectacular blinding white light you could have cut with a knife. Then just as it had gotten so bright to the point it you could feel the light pushing on you like some type of overbearing force , the brightness become very noticeably less intense. I remember it getting very warm in the truck's the temperature in the cab must have raised several degrees. Then the object started to shimmer different colors the same way oil looks on water. As I recall there was no sound coming from the object , only a buzzing sound coming from the stereo speakers. The radio had stop playing the broadcast station it was previously tuned too. By now 2 or 3 minutes had lapsed , still hovering directly in front of the truck my mom was still crying and now praying. I remember repeatedly asking mom what it was and if she was OK. I do recall becoming increasingly scared and then all at once like a snap of the fingers, for no apparent reason a delightful sensation , with a peculiar and much out place feeling of well being began to soothe my fears. I will also describe a manifestation of calmness witch came over me. It was like I was being comforted and somehow I knew everything was going to be OK . Then there was a big flash and it was gone. I've never seen anything like that again in my 47. I'm not going to go as far as to say it was extraterrestria , but it was very odd and serial experience. I remember as It happened yesterday , it's burnt into my mind forever It seems. Unfortunately back then no one had cameras on hand like they do now. One detail I did forget to mention. I do recall mom and I arriving to pick up my dad , however I do not remember driving the rest of the trip to get my dad at my uncle's home. The funny thing is neither does my mother. To this day there seems to be a memory gap a missing portion of the last half of trip to my Uncle's house , neither one of us knows exactly how we arrived. Just thought I would share that for what it's worth. And if you're thinking that's a lot of detail for an 8 year old to remember this many years later. That would usually be correct , But it was such a big experience in my life. I guess I'm destined to remember it for the rest of my days. Thank for reading.
