Looks like viltrumites went extinct. I'd fly there

The fact that i can connect myself to Putin in just 4 steps is crazy
@kyle857 Says:
It's not a paradox you're comparing every person to every other person not one person to every other person
@JonRista Says:
It's the difference between the linear steps in a ring, and the nature of a densely connected NETWORK. 6DOS works, because people are connected in reality as a network (or graph).
@bunasilyapilirki Says:
Derek I check to linkedin we don't have any mutual connect can you accept it maybe we can make the world smaller -Mervan Erdem from Turkey

@cornondajakob Says:
I don't even know 100 people
@AceNinja2112 Says:
I don't think arranging them in a line around a circle is the right way to do this! You need to spread them across a surface in 2D or a space in 3D, so that every single person is a node connected to 50 other nodes (people).
@DEG_EGR Says:
It's a small world after all
@BobSF94117 Says:
They're not in a circle, they're in a line.
@Magicman8508 Says:
No paradox. Its comparing a line to a grid

First I saw this video, I thought if I, in India, am just 6 steps from Trump. Then I realised that I am certainly just 3 steps away from the Minister of Railways in India. He certainly knows the PM of India, who in turn knows Trump. So, definite <6 steps to Trump. Wow.
@tjsbbi Says:
His example is not at all representative of the 6 degrees of separation model. His example is linear while degrees of separation is exponential.
@nuptay Says:
who's the 0.7 person ? did we cut his legs ?
@Quandalepringl Says:
Wiwo
@musicbymark Says:
Is this video abruptly ending normally or is it being cut off? He never got to elaborate on how it is mathematically that we have these coincidences, and how statistically likely they are? I was walking through the streets of Prague amidst thousands of people a few weeks back, and someone from my small town spotted me. I'd like to know more about the probability and why it is so.
@SafiaNik Says:
miraculous reference? (jk) ray and the other 2 bullies in episode grendiaper came to the same school as zoe and marinette etc and he said "the world is so small isnt it?"
@redstocat5455 Says:
"Did everyone die ?" "What a great day..." oh wait I think I see someonr
@omarandsomething Says:
I already saw my airport crush like 5 times since my first time seeing her (or alikes of her) last summer. And whenever I see her, i just get the feeling that the world around me is just, small.

My friend once brought to hang out with 2 new friends and I knew both of them
@azuzz09 Says:
I swear there is this song about 6 degrees of separation
@HEDEFİLK1000-o1r Says:
Fun fact! This wouldnt work, because if all 8 billion people on earth were side to side in a circle, the circle would be bigger than the perimeter of not the earth, but even moons orbit. So it wouldnt matter who we would know, because our bloods would "boil" from the lack of presssure and our lungs sucked out of any air just before we would explode violently due to the vacuum!

Im 3 ppl from the big stein, someone I know has seen carney who has seen trump who has seen the stein
@XIIchiron78 Says:
I don't know anybody so checkmate paradox
@gil8098 Says:
Most efficient way is to know a guy located in the number of people in the world divided by 100 in repeat and then you will find fastest the guy you looked for
@phoenixking89 Says:
If we were to line up like that, we would need to be about 4mm wide and stand shoulder to shoulder
@DergZaks Says:
There is only 2 people between me and Epstein
@jaldarith Says:
This happened to me when I went to Disneyland in 1999. I saw two classmates there, and they weren't even there together. Of course it was spring break but it was wild how small the world felt when I saw them there.
@johnjay7822 Says:
Interesting. I'd bet someone from NJ probably scores a 2.7 while someone from Utah probably scores a 5.2.
@KjerstenMRL Says:
i used to do acting and i ran into people who i did previous jobs with. I also had a diant jumble of people who knew each other but im not really in that group anymore, it was just super surprising
@MatthewAnkiah Says:
I’m connected to Epstein in 2
@scronx Says:
Isn't this simply reality vs. theory? Wait. Does 'anyone anywhere' include Fangos, Eskimos and Abos?
@Plymonk666 Says:
But it’s explainable, first of all you must live in the same area because of that friend; you must be in to the same thing as your friend; he must move in or adjoining to your friend social group; they must have the same or similar agreements or thoughts about common matters; it’s more that likely that you will have
@BrowsingBread Says:
The main problem with this explanation is that the model uses a full circular model. Meanwhile, in real life, it is more like a bunch of smaller circles with random links to each other. Therefore, you can find almost anyone in your circle within 2 steps and almost anyone outside of it within 3-5 steps.

My sisters boss’s nieces husband is the guy that plays iron man
@Xiassen Says:
Back in my day we called it six degrees from Kevin Bacon
@junbog Says:
Wait, you are also only 6 steps away from Gabriel Pasternak??? 😨😨😨
@NickAndriadze Says:
This small world situation is even more of a case with interlinked communities, such as major cities in small countries. My home town Tbilisi (capital of Georgia, country with a relatively small population), especially during the Soviet period, was a good example. Practically everybody knew everybody through friends and distant relatives and family members, to the point that there were daily necrologs written in newspapers (with the family's permission of course), commemorating those who died in the city and what they represented. We even have necrologs of our great great grandparents preserved.
@sfdcubfan Says:
Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon is now directly connected to Teen Titans Go! and therefore every individual working there…
@Krab062 Says:
Imagine all 8 billion people went against the jews. World peace would be imminent
@ProjectQuantumBr Says:
Nice
@PirateDad12 Says:
Kevin Bacon.
@NewEnglandSalesRep Says:
I was at a hostel in Fort William (Scotland UK) and met a group of girls from the town nextdoor in Connecticut!
@DJ-2026-au Says:
I am from a tiny town, we struggled to find 11 players for a hockey team. 20 years later I have moved over 5 hours away from that town and now work with the wife of one the guys on that team.
@DJ-2026-au Says:
and why in that 50 people can you ALWAYS find someone born on the same day and month as you?
@FelonyVideos Says:
This "paradox" is simply an error in assumptions. Much like the errors made in assuming evolution, star formation, the age of the universe, and abiogenesis. The current pop culture beliefs in these 4 topics are also wildly in error, because of incorrect assumptions.
@asdanjer Says:
Everything's a paradox now... even knowing people who aren't your nabors.
@lordneeko Says:
"Back in my day" it was called the "six degrees of Bacon"
@tododiaissobicho Says:
Best part is that the ones who are 3 steps away from you are probably from a different country
