Evolution presupposes change over time. If we change biologically, then it follows that we can change morally. Or does it? If there is no objective moral standard beyond us, then any action, even one as horrible as rape, is acceptable. No one will attest that rape is ever okay, but why is that? Because we know that there is a moral standard of good.
