I once observed the wind blowing leaves off of an acorn tree, the leaves spelt "the cat sat on the mat" amazed i looked away an when i looked back it was gone. Our eyes have blind spots. Our enormous brains mean we are born prematurely or hurt/harm/kill our mothers during childbirth. Ectopic pregnancy reveals a design flaw, as do hernias, scurvy, hemorrhoids, urinary tract infections, choking on food, etc.

Practical experiment: Watch a 1 minute hour glass, then a 5m, 15m, 1H. When did you give up? Now imagine sitting and watching a 1 week, or 1 month hour glass. No one would, because the human mind doesn't operate on that level. That doesn't mean that other things can. Think about your own life, think about the last year, how many memories can you recall?
