Properly speaking there is no "argument for atheism". Atheism is just lack of belief in theist claims - no belief in God/god/gods, typically due to lack of compelling evidence. I'm not an atheist but this erroneous (purposely so in some cases) conception of what atheism is does not help the apologist cause.

Quite simply, if you *don't* start from the conclusion of theism and then work backwards, you don't find any evidence whatsoever to support theism. Thus theism is a step too far.
Atheism is simply the necessary conclusion if you start neutrally and build up your worldview from what you can measurably, objectively and repeatably affirm with evidence, without reading anything "extra" into any of it.

Atheism just means saying 'no' to the question 'do you believe in a god or gods'. It makes no claims, has no tenets or dogma. It is not a world view. If any theist wishes to argue against any individual's atheism all they need to do is provide reason and evidence to support their god claim sufficient to justify belief. So far theists are not managing to do this, which is why atheism is on the rise and religious belief (christianity in particular) is in decline.I am an atheist, if anyone thinks they can offer reason and evidence to convince me give it your best shot. I am not asking you to believe me, only to understand. From non existence can not be created existence and following the truth you find God being honest. God is all eternal and infinite reality, everything that ever existed, exist and would exist, the perfect living entity all is part of. Humanity are so deceived that they would not understand the deception if an encyclopedia was written explaining the obvious. There are eternal consequences for living unethically hurting God’s Creation blinded by victimism fulfilling the valley of tears religious prophecy like atheists and religious people do. Atheism is a logical fallacy that assumes God is the religious idea of the creator of the creation to conclude wrongly that no creator exists because a particular idea of God doesn’t exist. The war in Ukraine would end if the discovery that atheism is a logical fallacy is news.
To say atheism is the default position with no burden of proof is like saying on discovering a painting the default position is to believe no painter painted it until it is proven his identity. I exist therefore the creation, or what has a beginning of existence, was created from nothing or something. The default position is to understand that from non existence can not be created existence therefore God exists. To assert no God exists atheists would have to provide arguments supporting the claim that from non existence was created existence.

Isaiah 45:7 (KJV): “I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.”
God is a righteous being and the bible wouldn't state that God creates evil unless evil can be used it right ways.

People who have sinned against God try to find fault with Him by saying it’s not just and evil shouldn’t exist and so on. Atheists say that they would accept the existence of God if it is proven, but they lie, because the logical cosmological argument proves, with the same degree of proof as a mathematical truth that eliminates all alternatives except the truthful conclusion, that God exists. We are God, the answer to the cosmological argument that concludes supported by reason that to exist existence there must exist an eternal miracle.

I don't think Frank is able to wrap his mind around what it means to be all powerful. He talks about God like a finite being yet calls him all powerful. There is only one possible answer to why an all powerful being does anything. God simply feels like it. That it. If he had reasons beyond that, he wouldn't be all powerful.
For example: God wants to drink a glass of water. It wouldn't make sense for him to say he wants to drink a glass of water to quench his thirst. If God wanted to quench his thirst he wouldn't need to drink a glass of water. He would skip every step that a typical human would make and remove his thirst. This is to say that God having reasons is equivalent to saying God needs to drink a glass of water to quench his thirst.

About the divine hiddenness stuff, it's very simple: a god that doesn't manifest itself in any ways is indistinguishable from a non existing god. And if it manifest itself, those manifestations should be scientifically demonstrable. (spoiler alert: they aren't).
And this apply to any god.
PS: Christian religion hasn't solve ANY problem, EVER. It just tell stories instead of searching for the truth. And it's too scared to be proven false to honestly question itself.
