Most Christians don't seem to understand that sinning Christians are actually the lukewarm Christians that Jesus warned would be spit out and rejected.
Lukewarm Christians don't have any real love, devotion, loyalty, or commitment to Jesus.
Their feelings for him don't run very deep.

It’s all about how you use/take advantage of the desires God has given us. Sexual desire, as designed by God, is a very good thing; however it can be abused. This goes for anything. For example, your mouth. It was designed by God for the purpose of speech and communication. Those are great things. But some use it to curse God. Some use it to tear others down. That doesn’t mean God is the wrong for giving us mouths. We are in the wrong for misusing the gifts he’s given us.

God gave us sexual desire, for pleasure and procreation. It's good, but only in the confines of marriage between a man and a woman. God designed sexual desire for our benefit. Lust is a perversion of sexual desire. Whether you are single or married lusting after women only entices a man to cheat on his wife or a single man to have sex with multiple partners. We all come to earth with a Pandors box, if you will, of things. Some of those things are not good (among other things I am impatient and angry), some of those things are good such as kindness and charity, and some of those things are good but are to be delayed until the time is right such as sex. God gave us commandments to live by. Now none of us can get back to God on our own because we have all sinned and justice demands payment. God sent Jesus into the world to atone for us, which He did. But to make His atonement effective, we must be obedient, we must show God that we are worthy of the grace Jesus offers by "Come, follow me, take up ypur cross daily and follow me."
