Notice that in this case, these were legit miracles; it says that people who do these things and "they come to pass" and are real, yet try to steer you away from God's truth, they are false. God is using them to test who is the true believer and not. So even someone who works actual miracles should be rejected if they twist or deny Biblical truth in any way.

This question is like " Can God make a rock so heavy that even Him can't lift it?"
The answer is NO!! Because God can't be contradictory.
The answer to question #1 is also 'no' because if the devil cures a sickness (I doubt that he can), the person cured might be grateful to God and thus, lead a blessed life and go to heaven.
The specialty of Satan is real magic. (Magic! not just trickery and sleight of hand type)

Yes, false teachers can perform miracles! Remember the story of the Pharaoh's wizard, turning a staff into a snake? And then the righteous staff became a snake and destroyed the other. So, how do we know who is telling the truth?
First of all, we must know that confidence in our own interpretation of scripture, or confidence in the interpretations of other men will blind us to all evidence which could otherwise prove us wrong. So... you can tell which miracles come from God, and which come from the enemy, by whether they point to the truth. But you also use miracles (like the resurrection) as evidence that Jesus was truly from God. Seems entirely circular. True miracles point to truth. We know the truth because of the true miracles. Those other miracles aren't true, because they don't point to the truth, which we know of because of the true miracles. Ugh.

If you believe doctrine from man (Calvinism) then I guess you MUST believe the Devil can have godlike power. But if you believe what the scripture plainly says, that Jesus gave all His 12 apostles power to cast out devils, heal and raise the dead then Judas MUST have been saved and rejected His salvation. Secondly we know that the enemy had limited power, my theory is that the fallen angels took up these roles as “gods” throughout the world in all these different false religions and therefore use their limited power to deceive people into thinking its a good power.
