1. They bring up their "experts" with a wrong vita. In this video Habermas is called a historian. When you look at his vita you can see very easy that he is no historian. He is a theological philosopher. This is a large difference. Why they do that? Because it sounds better. They know if they write "our friend, the theological philosopher" nobody will take his arguments serious.
2. The theists allways think they make an important point if they can prove that the new testament is a historical document and Jesus was a real person who lived 2.000 years ago. But that is wrong. It will only prove that 2.000 years ago a man named Jesus lived. The conclusion "New testament is right -> Jesus lived -> Jesus is the son of God" makes no sense at all. An example makes that clear: The Pharaohs lived 2.000 years before Jesus, they claimed to be Gods. The people beliefed that. All these claims were written down. We have very good evidence that these Pharaohs existed. Does that mean the Pharaohs really were Gods? If we say NO, than also the story of Jesus proves nothing. If we say the story of Jesus proves something, than also the Pharaoh stories proves that they were Gods.

Even conservative New Testament scholars admit that some parts of the NT are not in the earliest and best manuscripts. Examples include the story about the woman caught in adultery and the ending of Mark. Copyists and monks added and edited the text to "improve" it.

For a group that holds to only physical things which can be seen and measured as true, you sure are inferring lots of immaterial concepts, including logic, morality, and the word truth. When you male a claim, that believers are lying, that means you are indirectly making a positive statement for truth existing. Where does this truth exist? When you claim believing in God The Creator causes harm, you make an indirect positive statement for morality. In both, you do appoint yourselves, as having burden of proof, so now you atheists have to prove material truth and material morality, which by your claims everyone should hold to, yet you cannot show for as to how or why, because the only reason for why your statements should be trusted, is if you can point to them being objective, but in your view they are subjective.
The online atheist, shows narcissistic traits, they believes themselves as more intelligent, more intellectually capable, yet they reason and behave as immature children. If you were adults in mind and spirit, then your first instinct would not to turn towards fallible bad arguments, that are self defeating by proxy, aka ad hominems. The more they read The Bible, the more the narcissist realizes God to be the highest authority, and narcissists cannot handle anyone being above them, and so God Who is Highest, atheists who are narcissists hates God the most. Now reading this, some narcissist will think to make a "clever" response, and claim God is a narcissist, when The Bible, Scripture, proves the exact opposite. A narcissist, would not choose to lessen himself beneath others, or serving others, so neither God nor Christians who follows Him are narcissistic, only the atheists who keep coming back with lame petty insults, are the ones who are narcissistic.
Atheists claim, that the more one reads The Bible, the more it will turn a person atheist, this is not true, but false. The more a narcissist reads The Bible, the more he or she is against, and opposed to it, and so atheists who make this false statement, are in truth self-admitting to being narcissists, who cant handle God being above them, much less handle the idea of serving both God and others, before oneself. To put God first, others second, and yourself as last.
You don't believe God's Word? Fine, don't believe it, but do not twist and skew clear understood meaning, by taking cherry picked verses out of context. If you read Lord of The Rings, do you claim the book(s) is lying, and that Sauron is the good guy? No? If you read Harry Potter, do you claim Harry to be the evil villain, and Voldemort as good? No? Yet, you do the very thing with The Bible, you force unto it your own interpretation of what you want it to say, because you are opposed to it, and seek to justify your unbelief, before Christians, by coming here. You need not believe God's Word, no one are forcing you to believe it, but you need to understand and accept, that what Scripture states plainly and clearly, is true for The Bible.
From atheists, there is claims of being able to understand The Bible, God's Word, but then proceeds to display a complete lack of understanding for Scripture. The Bible makes clear that God is good, that God is just, but atheists ignore completely Scripture and falsely claims God to be an immoral monster. The Bible makes clear that everything worked and functioned as intended, and so God called it very good, but then Adam & Eve tempted by Satan through the snake, caused all of Creation to fall, yet they continue to ask the nonsensical illogical question, of why God made the world to be this way. SMH. Atheists just keep ignoring what is plainly read, in order to attempt weak strawman "arguments", that they think somehow defeats Christianity, when in truth by doing so atheists are merely only defeating themselves.
I used to be an atheist, as an atheist I made the claim that god did not make sense, and so in turn did not exist. Very foolish words, but despite being an enemy, God have shown love to me, and now I am no longer an atheist. To claim God does not exist, is defined as atheism. To say you cannot know whether God exists or nor, is defined as being agnostic. And, claiming that God is evil and Satan is good, is defined as being gnostic. But, many atheists cannot keep these straight, and often confuses them for one another, mixing the words with different definitions and meanings, other than the belonging word.
Yes, right now, atheists, you are enemies of God, but God loves you. Many chances are given, to learn and understand, do not waste them, for one day a quick sudden event might make it all too late to regret. You have now, this moment, to change your mind, to remain in unbelief, or to believe and trust in The Lord. Conviction, starts in the heart, not in the mind, heart must first be opened for the person to be receivable for Truth. What is true, is that we all are dying, because of the sickness called sin, and one day death will take us. Many a human, thinks he can defeat or cheat death, but this is impossible, death comes for us all.
It is when, it is our appointed time before God, that a choice, a decision, is no longer possible to be made. And then, when you've denied The Son before The Father, that you no longer can appoint Jesus as your Lawyer, as you Lord and Savior, and have to pay for all your piled up debt and fines yourself. Where does milk come from, the refrigerator, the store, delivery trucks, cows on the farm, processes, but you cannot go backwards eternally, you need to end up at an ultimate answer, a final definite conclusion. And that, cannot be anything else but God!

Oh, Gary Habermas is NOT a historian. He has a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Michigan State University in 1976; his thesis was titled "The resurrection of Jesus: a rational inquiry" and a master's degree (1973) from the University of Detroit in philosophical theology. Neither of those is a degree in history.
