this is actually true it is NOT a magical solution, HOWEVER! it is quite helpful it has shown to be massively helpful with suicidal thoughts and tendencies among trans folk. there are risks to it tho and you are warned about them before hand most times (unless you get a bad doctor)

I agree with trying to not freak out. I even agree with not condemning but helping. However, you lost me when you said "change our thoughts to fit reality". The trans agenda isn't reality. That's the issue. I agree with you on many things. But not this one and it is very poorly stated. We don't change our thoughts. We can change actions. But changing our thoughts is exactly what they expect, however their own thoughts and actions are not based in reality. Gender dysphoria, in it's true form, is a mental disorder. We cannot affirm it. That's the last thing we should do.
