On day 2 of creation God created one thing- the firmament. O day 4 He created the sun, moon and stars and placed them within the firmament. he tells us the moon has its own light, not that the sun shines on it. Sometimes one can see the sun and moon in the same sky at the same time even when the moon is in its different phases.
Over and over the Bible tells us the Earth does not move that it is set on pillars, on a foundation. 1 Chronicles , Psalm 33:8-9, Psalm 93:1, Psalm 96:10, Psalm 104:5, Isaiah 14:7, Zechariah 1:12, I Samuel 2:8 (just a small sampling)
Man says the Earth is spinning at 1000 mph, orbiting the sun at 66,600 mph while the galaxy hurtles through space at 515,000 mph yet we can't feel it? All this supposed movement and Polaris stays fixed in our night sky as the stars circle it. All this movement yet the Pyramids of Giza are still aligned with Orion's belt night after night, age after age.

Sometimes I wonder why do people with great knowledge make things complected.
1. Christianity does not exist because of The Bible, it was there even before Bible existed.
2. Scientists do science and they interpret it and reason it and publish it. They may be wrong or correct.
3. Bible is "inspired by God" even though it's written physically by humans. So, The Bible and science are not in same category and it's not correct to compare entities from different catogory. So, the query here by this gentleman has an inherent fallacy.

Science simply means knowledge. So anyone can be a scientist interpreting the evidence of existence, to try and explain existence, as to why do things exist?
Being a being, in a constructed universe with a collaboration of ingredients that not only allows or permits existence to exist but are fabricated to cause the very such thing as life to be able to do so in constructed bodies.
Some look like a ferrari whilst others in a fallen world like a 3 wheeler with rust and needs a lot of TLC.
One way I heard it said was we are essentially all spiritual beings on a human holiday. Morse so a holiday for some whilst for others just a duty of turning up and being used.
But hopefully you might get a few nice sandwiches along the way and a pleasant view along the way.

If we wiped every last record and memory of scientific facts from earth.. sure we would be set back by a couple thousand years, but if the species continues to exist, we will figure the very same things out again, since we derived them from nature in the first place. It may be called differently, but there will be another big bang theory and theory of evolution. And relativity. And quantum mechanics. We will figure these things back out again, because they are founded in reality.
Now answer me this. If we erased every last record and memory of religion from earth, *how* would we get it back? There is *nothing* anchoring it in reality. The source is a book. With that book and all memories of it gone, the religion is gone. It wont *ever* come back. Sure, there may be new religions, but the original ones are lost forever.
