Imagine, my Christian friend, that Jesus Christ appeared before you right now, and the following conversation took place:
You: Who are you, Jesus?
Jesus: “I am the way, and the truth, and the life.” (John 14:6)
You: My Lord and my God! (John 20:28)
Jesus: “You shall worship the Lord your God and Him only shall you serve.” (Matthew 4:10)
You: But you said, “I and the Father are one.” (John 10:30)
Jesus: “My Father is greater than I.” (John 14:28)
You: But you performed miracles!
Jesus: “The Son can do nothing by himself.” (John 5:19)
You: But you said, “Whoever has seen me has seen the Father.” (John 14:9)
Jesus: “My Father… is the one who sent me.” (John 5:37)
Then Jesus leaves to pray...
“He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.” (Luke 6:12)
So you ask him:
You: Jesus, why are you praying to God?
Then he says:
“This is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.” (John 17:3)
And he also says:
“I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.” (John 20:17)
So the question is not intended as an insult or mockery, but simply as an invitation to reflect:
If Jesus is God Himself, then who was He praying to? Who did He call “His God”? And who did He say was “greater than” Him?
I have simply presented these texts to you, and I invite you to reflect upon them for yourself.
And I want to clarify something important so that my intention is not misunderstood:
I am a Muslim. I am not an atheist, nor am I inviting you to atheism or asking you to abandon your belief in God.
I believe in Jesus Christ (ʿĪsā), and I believe that he is the Messiah and a great messenger from God, but I do not believe that he is God Himself.
The Qur’an says:
“The Messiah, Jesus son of Mary, was only a messenger of Allah, and His Word which He conveyed to Mary, and a spirit from Him.”
(Qur’an 4:171)
And Allah says:
“Say: He is Allah, One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge. He neither begets nor is born, nor is there to Him any equivalent.”
(Qur’an 112:1–4)
Therefore, if these texts make you question the true identity of Jesus, do not stop at doubt. Search sincerely for the truth, read the Qur’an for yourself, and ask God to guide you to the truth.
I am not inviting you to become an atheist.
Rather, I am inviting you to know the One true God whom Jesus himself worshipped and called “my God.”
May God guide us all to the truth.

If you are heterosexual, and you think being gay is something a person chooses, does that not mean that if at any time you wanted to do so, you could make the choice to be gay? To be clear, I am not asking if you would want to be gay, only whether or not you think it would be possible for you to be gay, just by decision alone. Could you do that? Even if it meant that you would only be gay temporarily and only for as long as you wanted to be, meaning you could choose to be straight again at any time? I understand this may be an uncomfortable thought or idea for most people, and that many people will more than likely not be willing to try this, but if you did, and your answer is "no, I could not choose to be gay", please ask yourself this - if you could not willingly and at any time make the decision to be gay, then why would you think that anyone else could? How could it be that some people can do that, while there are others that cannot?
Please note, I am not trying to change anyone's mind on this subject. I am simply offering a different perspective or way of looking at this controversial and hotly debated topic that some people may have never considered or thought of. Either way, I treat others the way I want to be treated, so I will respect everyone's answer to my question if they choose to give one, whether I agree with them or not.

I don't really think the bible should say hat being homosexual is a sin. I think that love is love and that the way you love should not be dignified by anyone or anything. And Jesus did not write the bible, his students did. The one thing that Jesus came here to do was to teach us to love, love and respect evryone. I think it's spectacular to see what more possibilities there are to love in a different way then what we were told love should or look and feel like. Yes our natural form of life is pare with your oppisset sex but if what we feel is true love for a person regardless of what there sex is I think we should follow our hearts. And besides its not gonna hurt anyone, God loves you the way you are and nothing else.
