Generally agree with the "Every theory is autobiographical". Except for the minority of people in Portland who themselves are convinced everyone around them are crazy. That's fucking true.

You're very humble. You keep saying you have average intelligence but you are one of the most intelligent people I've ever known and you say truth and hate BS. I was in a religious cult for decades and have been seriously struggling since I left. Your videos have always raised my spirits. I'm going to take notes on this video and change my life once and for all.

Good to watch this, I just slipped off my diet today and gave in to junk food, then watched the bit about realising that hunger is a sign your getting to your goal, that you're body is utilising fat instead of carbs to get energy, and that I have to own this and that pain and struggle is part of achieving your goals.

Thanks Tom. I cannot express how important this video is to me at this moment. I have been wallowing in depression for quite sometime. For some reason I had forgotten, I am in charge of my decisions. When I heard your words that we are the the boss of our lives (paraphrasing). I simply commanded my stubborn self, to get out of bed, get my gym clothes on, head to the gym. I have learned negative self talk is only the rank and file trying to tell the CEO what to do. No more, I am the boss and the negative thoughts of discouragement and indecision are ruled over, no matter how much they scream and cry. I know longer listen to their complaining. I am in control and they better get used to it.

this is a summary of the Video using an AI tool.. pretty impressive. In this video, Tom Bilyeu suggests that in order to break bad habits and achieve success, it's important to understand that the way to break bad habits is by letting them atrophy and replacing them with new habits. He recommends using pattern interruptions to stop yourself in the middle of a negative behavior, and then replacing that behavior with a new habit that you are motivated to do because it aligns with your goals and values. He also emphasizes the importance of having a clear vision of what you want to achieve, and using that vision to fuel your motivation and drive.

Hi Tom, Unpacking how you question your emotions -would be extremely helpful and something I have not seen on your podcast yet. A “healthy distrust of your emotions” I think you mentioned ☺️ Then you spoke about, if you become angry you question hmmm maybe an insecurity was triggered in you, and therefore why would you act on it. Powerful insight and awareness!!! Not sure if you’ll see this comment but in developing mindset, for me these type of practical tools I find very helpful.
@ajaymalik4473 Says:
I like how only 129k people watched this video instead of 3-10M because some people choose to be a broke, broke isn't a condition its a mindset.
