Why do you guys have podcasts lasting hours after hours? It is a big turn-off. You guys keep babbling and babbling and don't come to the point. I wish the podcasts were just 30 minutes with clear-cut topics.

00:00 🧠 Developing a growth mindset allows rewiring your thinking and aiming for goals by consistently executing plans. 02:44 🛑 The psychological immune system aims to soothe but tends to blame external factors for failures, hindering personal growth. 05:48 🔄 Overcoming chaos and achieving success demands continuous energy input and a growth mindset. 06:00 🌱 A growth mindset believes abilities aren't fixed, emphasizing improvement with time and effort. 09:37 🧩 A fixed mindset views abilities as static, limiting growth potential and hindering progress. 11:41 🌱 Humans are naturally wired for growth and improvement, challenging the notion of fixed abilities. 14:41 📈 Adopting a growth mindset enables achieving significant improvements in any area of life. 16:59 🔍 Resilience often stems from a well-developed growth mindset, vital for overcoming life's challenges. 18:10 💪 Transforming oneself physically reinforces the belief in personal growth and potential. 19:19 🚫 A fixed mindset often leads to self-doubt and reliance on external excuses, hindering progress. 20:42 🌟 Focusing on external blame or excuses doesn't propel personal growth or contribute to one's success. 21:51 🚀 Having a growth mindset enables significant improvement and achievement in any field by staying focused and persistent. 23:01 🌟 High achievers maintain an optimistic mindset, believing in the possibility of overcoming challenges and improving continuously. 24:25 🔑 Consistency, resilience, and continual self-improvement are keys to surpassing challenges and achieving success. 26:20 💡 Taking personal responsibility and focusing on solutions rather than external factors are crucial for achieving desired outcomes. 27:27 🔄 Pattern interrupts and cognitive behavioral techniques help in breaking negative thought patterns for personal growth. 29:43 🧠 Understanding cognitive distortions and adapting to a growth mindset allows for personal advancement and learning from experiences. 32:00 📚 Building a growth mindset involves recognizing the potential for improvement, even in areas where one initially feels inadequate. 35:00 🚪 Embracing a learning-oriented mindset over the need to be right is pivotal for expedited personal growth and success. 39:37 🌟 Taking responsibility for one's life choices empowers personal growth and minimizes the victim mentality for greater achievement. 43:03 🌍 When faced with overwhelming problems, don't believe you can't contribute. Even a small effort matters in the larger scheme of things. 46:40 🧠 Brain plasticity allows rewiring at any age; repetition helps rewire by creating more efficient pathways in the brain. 50:06 🧠 Intelligence is a mix of innate and malleable traits; focus on getting better at something rather than being fixated on inherent abilities. 53:03 📈 Executing goals trumps having the best mindset; the process of progress involves failure analysis, refining hypotheses, and relentless execution. 56:05 🧠 Reframe failure:Avoid blaming external factors; high achievers focus on self-improvement rather than making excuses. 57:54 🔄 Create habits to rewire the brain: Focus on repeating actions that align with your goals, interrupt negative thought patterns to weaken them. 01:00:08 🔄 Pattern interrupt negative self-talk: Stop reinforcing negative thoughts, repeat positive affirmations that drive you toward your goals. 01:02:00 🔄 Establish habits for progress: Consistently list and execute tasks aligned with your goals, ensuring clarity and actionable steps. 01:02:57 🌱 Growth mindset execution: Repeating positive actions consistently over time leads to significant progress. 01:04:18 📈 Continuous Improvement: Strive to continually improve and demonstrate your value so profoundly that it becomes undeniable. 01:08:54 🚀 Earning Respect: Respect is earned through competence; focus on improving your skills to gain respect rather than seeking validation. 01:13:42 🎭 Being Authentic: Strive to maintain authenticity and composure in crucial conversations, grounding yourself in your capabilities to demand respect. 01:18:45 💡 Kindness and Respect: Kindness and competence are not mutually exclusive. Building teams and fostering kindness can elevate respect. 01:24:33 ⬆ Overcoming Disrespect: Overcome disrespect by either removing yourself from a toxic environment or by acknowledging vulnerability while striving for growth. 01:25:55 🤝 Sympathy vs. empathy: Seek understanding, not pity. Choose empathy over wanting others to feel sorry for you. 01:26:26 🤲 Support over sympathy: When down, prefer a helping hand to pity. Focus on growth and being lifted up rather than being pitied. 01:27:10 🌱 Embrace failure: Failure is part of success. Learn from it, earn respect through resilience, not by seeking sympathy or commanding it. 01:28:09 🚀 Mindset shift: Failure offers valuable insights. Remove ego, focus on improvement, and learn from setbacks consistently. 01:29:19 🎯 Physics of progress: Success involves goals, obstacles, theories, failures, learning, and starting again more intelligently. 01:30:15 🌍 Cultural perceptions: Some cultures may discourage rising above. Prioritize your goals while respecting values, build boundaries if necessary. 01:33:01 🛤 Navigating cultural expectations: Acknowledge, but don't be controlled by cultural values that conflict with your goals. Build independence, set boundaries, and pursue your path respectfully.

Chosing what to get better at for me has been an endless struggle. I've been in a place where I have lived a "growth mindset" for at least a decade or more. The issue has been jumping from one thing to another as I convince myself that the new thing is the best thing to become excellent at. The end result is being "good" at tons of things but "excellent" at very few.

Great video! I would like to know more about the fractional reserve system. I believe this is the leverage that puts more money into the system that exponentially increases risk. I believe that productivity has to perpetually increase over time to prevent a capital society from economic collapse unless deflation occurs in the system. Maybe you could get an economic expert to explain this to me. Comment: i appreciate your impresve attitude to improve yourself and learn so many things. I can relate to your life drive/curiosty. You inspire me to go to my next level. Thanks. Ps I'm an Einstein fan too.

This is by far the BEST AND MOST IMPORTANT SHOW YOU HAVE EVEN DONE!!🙏 Clean Clear and Concise. This is one of only very few that I have shared with my daughters on future guidance. Many times kids do not want to really listen to their parents until maybe many years later after they’ve learned the hard way of what you were trying to explain to them and this is exactly what they need to hear from a person that has proven the truth about what it takes to Actually Achieve what they have set out to do! Absolutely FANTASTIC JOB Thank You Very Much!!!🙏🙏✨🏋️‍♂️

The mere fact Tom's subscriber count keeps rising and will never plateau, even as competition in self-help movement gets vicious, is because he's methods are super easy and work for everybody! Quite literary, folks are dancing their way to the bank, day after day, thanks to the advice of this man for their new found riches! The only bit we split ways, is Tom is unapologetically tough on himself! Like I'm sure one can still achieve all those things but without the extra misery like fasting 365 days a year whereas a third that is just as fine, or waking up in 11 minutes everyday whereas its OK on days you have no agenda! And so, millions of folks are embracing the Tom-advice-lite and yet still going on to accrue massive amounts of wealth at historical records!

You are absolutely right! Responsibility (Response-Ability). The amount of responsibility you take for everything that happens to you is directly proportional to the ability to respond to that or any situation. We should all believe that everything that happens to us, is our own fault. That way we can respond properly, fix it and learn then move on.

All this stuff is great to listen to, but in the very middle of my peak and my growth mindset, my thyroid decided to try and kill me and I haven’t been well since. This growth mindset bullshit is only designed for a very very tight niche. And if your body decides to fuck you like mine decided to fuck me halfway through this growth mindset, it’s going to fucking destroy you. Then what?
