This is true, through tough times in my life I had ugly thoughts, sinful. I stuck to the facts which is God is real, Jesus came and performed miracles including resurrection. I must put my faith in Him and remember we will go through trials and tribulations. Never lose faith in Christ.

The New Testament tells us that those who believed the message of the Gospel originally received the Holy Spirit as a seal and guarantee of what they had believed. God gives a clear witness to those who trust in Jesus that is greater than academic reasoning. I don’t think we’re supposed to understand everything regarding the why’s, how’s, etc. Think about how small the universe would seem if we could understand all the mysteries of God, and all His reasons for letting you get fired/your relative pass away/ you get evicted/etc. Nothing happens outside the active or passive Will of God.
