While it's all good to stand for truth, consider how you present your truth. Oftentimes the Christian truth is presented in a demeaning, rude, or demoralizing way. Even in the case that the Christian truth is correct, nobody wants to listen to that kind of speech, correct or not. It may be more effective to find a better way to deliver the Christian truth than what's currently being tried.

The individual churches need to have this open discussion about what they would do. There are larger churches that could help people in their body out, but remember the average church size in America is only 100 people, so a church of 60 people can't support 20 that get fired.
