There is actually a more simple explanation to this..namely men should not wear anything that a woman has previously worn and likewise women should not wear what a man has previously worn. Cos if you take the Mosaic law, cleanliness is very important to God. And these laws are given to em when they are basically nomads. So, cleanliness would have been at an all time low.. secondly, during the time of a woman's period, she is considered unclean and likewise seminal fluid too is considered unclean and there is a period a person has to wait until they can be considered clean again. And unlike today, back in the day since everyone basically wore long robes, and undergarments, sanitary pads or even antibacterial soaps even weren't really a thing, if men and women exchanged clothes they would indirectly be exchanging seminal and vaginal fluid and also menstrual cycle fluids between each other on a microscopic level at least. And since God sees even that, it is abominable to him.
I mean, even Nowadays no one would wear at the very least their partners clothes which contain menstrual blood or semen on it right? Unless of course if ya a total degenerate 😅

As a firmly dedicated Christian, who is in love with my Lord and Savior, I question your logic. Does that mean, as a woman, I must always wear a dress and never pants or jeans? I've always felt dresses were oppressive to me, so I avoid wearing them.
Perhaps addressing a person's heart and intent, might be more appropriate. Just a thought.
