Keep on keeping on, Frank. I was slso born at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, NJ, in 1958. Grew up in Brick, NJ ( Ocean County ) and served in the United States Army overseas. Only Jesus. Only Jesus. ✝️👍👍

""What's the BEST strategy when discussing Christ?" That would depend on why you are having the discussion. If you are discussing Christ to convince a non-believer that the Christ story is true, you will need to include evidence to prove the claims of Christianity. A good starting place would be to present evidence to prove the gospel claims of Christ's resurrection.

@thierry860 Says:
Christians need strategy for two reasons : - In thousands of years, they are unable to provide any evidence for their claim. - Their "morality" is wrong to begin with.

@TheTrinityDelusion Says:
I don't think Jesus intended for us to peddle the Gospel like a worldly salesman tries to manipulate prospective buyers into purchasing his product. But that's what I hear in this video from Koukl.
@KEW-pd1jn Says:
Understand the difference between Critical and Constructive Criticism. There is a fine line, with a drastic difference in the direction that either, can lead to. Critical Criticism is a great way to waste time and effort and force your intentions into the wrong directions.

The best strategy to reach me would be for God to actually reveal himself to me. He is apparently capable and done that for others, yet he is totally silent for me including when I have asked and even begged for him to show himself. The next best strategy is for Christians to come up with some actual evidence for thinking their message is true. Instead they offer fallacious arguments and not much else. I await the usual blame game from Christians saying it's my fault God hasn't revealed himself to me and that I should accept Christian arguments that have been debunked over and over again.
@drumrnva Says:
Know what a REALLY good opening line would be? "Hi. I have a clear, undeniable, and reliable record of a supernatural event I'd like to share with you. " 😂

“If you don’t care about what others think, they won’t care about what you think.”
@joshuakohlmann9731 Says:
Listen to them: that's the best advice. All too often Christians have a script that they stick to regardless of the other person's objections. Hear people's objections and questions, meet them where they're at and discuss those questions honestly, without preaching.
@96tolife Says:
The BEST strategy is to discuss topics you are confident in discussing and be strong enough to say I don't know or to admit somebody has made a good point, if necessary. But, always remember that we are encouraged to "give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear (1 Peter 3:15)..." We are to give a defense for our hope, not convince others of our hope.
@StringPlunker Says:
According to Jesus, pre-planned "tactics" and "strategies" are precisely what believers are NOT to do. But who cares about the opinions of Jesus, right? We are only to be ready to give an account for the hope that is in us and that hope is Christ not a pile of apologetic arguments devised by men designed to peddle a theological product. But the natural man just can't comprehend "the Spirit of your Father speaking in you."

I have no small talk skills so I’ve always waited for others to start the conversation. That tactic never works!

@stephenkaake7016 Says:
my life was destroyed 19 years ago, no one would help, last september I begged God to 'tell me what to do' they started speaking to me, I was trained to be a holy person, enlightened one with God, I was 'in the desert with demons' for months, I have a different perspective now, that Jesus did not exist, the story was given to people, but people can still experience the presence as I have, unfortunately christian don't care, I try to tell pastors my rights are being violated but they will say 'just obey them' even if they are bearing false witness, he won't even say a prayer, even if I was killed they still wouldn't care, christians should show caring towards others, Jesus commanded that
@christisthekingofkings777 Says:
I will recommend to pray and ask the Holy spirit to guide you with your conversations. The right words will come at the righ time then. Lets not make it a strategy game of brain power!

God Is Great. Yesterday I commented on a post asking for the Lord to help me to walk His path and to be able to share His Holy message with family, friends and strangers.. and right now this post comes up. The Lord always provides! ✝️✝️✝️✝️✝️❤️❤️❤️✝️✝️ Thank you Hashem!
@EdwardRomanOficial Says:
Do you believe you (in general, in your respective position) have already won? If your answer is yes, then why are you still here (in the comments)? Just asking.

Does koukl have a speech impediment or just a very bad microphone?
@TexasSkyGirl Says:
I like what I have heard Frank say when talking spiritual issues, he will lead with "Have you considered ____?" It's non confrontational and opens doors. I know for myself, I need to be a better listener. I mean really listen to what someone has to say...
@DepthCharge01 Says:
The only hindrance to this, at times, themselves. The bad faith that possesses them. The only thing in that case you can hope for is that things go better in life for them.
@monkkeygawd Says:
Um, the best strategy is to ask the person straight up, "would u be willing to trust your life to a mostly (if not 100%) fictional character with magical attributes similar to other made up deities of ancient times to be your lord and savior?"
@derekardito2032 Says:
Lying.
@jeffphelps1355 Says:
Its sad that no matter how much a rational argument you have for Gods existence people will always find an excuse not to believe
@StruckDownNotDestroyed Says:
Fourth: If at any point unbelievers start up with insults or mockery then they're not listening and are only there to waste your time.
@househunterhomes Says:
Yeah, it's just a conversation.! Even just offering to pray, with, someone after hearing their story is a beautiful thing and can lead you into a deeper conversation. I don't typically tell people, will God says, or the Bible says, or John 3:16 Says,... I typically just speak the truth in the everyday vernacular, according to the conversation I'm having with the person. Some people have a strong aversion against the scripture. But they can realize and understand truth when they hear it😊
@larzman651 Says:
I'm always talking about GOD at some point or another , some join in and some don't , I don't push it on anyone. For GOD so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son that whomsoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life 🙌
@jaymichael91 Says:
Tell the gospel and move to the next. Plant the seed and trust the Holy Spirit to do his work in the nonbelievers.
