1. Nephelims are not childs of angel-human union. Only humans have physical possibility to produce kids. And the only non-human being who conceived a child in a woman is God. Not an angel. Angels are messengers, not intercoursers. 2. God created this world not because of those, who died in the Flood or everywhere else. But because of those, who repented and were saved.

"The master has his reasons that can't be completely explained." These are the words of an abject slave. He doesn't worship a loving deity. He worships a powerful one. Pitiful.
@Hydroverse Says:
It serves the story of God. The Flood lowers the human lifespan. Then, the Babel event separates the people. This lays down the foundation for a chosen people in order for there to be a nation of Israel. With people being separated, then the spreading of sin to a global scale could be mitgated. Meaning, instead of global judgments for worldwide sins, there would be national judgments for local sins. Of course, if kings of nations lived as long as antediluvian people did, then there would be a much different history that would arguably create issues in the culture pertaining to the Messiah being sent by God at the appointed time to fulfill His duty of sacrificing Himself at a time Israel had long forgotten their God since no righteous people would have killed the Christ. Now, history gets distorted and forgotten due to shortened lifespans, wars, and natural disasters wiping records out. The Bible is classified as mythology, which allows for the culture to become like the days of Noah and Lot without the fear of God present. Now, it's just a matter of time as linguistic and natural barriers no longer keep the world from sinning as one people. Eventually, that will cause another global judgment that hasn't occurred for four-thousand years. Of course, no one can believe because then the judgment would never come if all were to repent and trust God much like how Israel couldn't believe in order to kill Jesus. No man willingly enters into the judgment. They are like those of Noah's day. If the world wanted to die, then they could have all willingly walked into the ocean to commit a mass suicide, but they didn't. Once the Flood began, they ran in terror as they came to an understanding of what it means to be God too little, too late. This world is destined to die unless God is a liar who prophesied that few would believe.

What i think is that because god allows free will he only sees the highest possible future because he allows free will becauae if god actually saw the 100% future that means there is no free will but the fact that he created everything the way he did and the fact that he created the tree of knowledge of GOOD AND EVIL he allows free will which then means that everyone can come to christ its just that god sees the highest possible future that many won't but that so god can the 99% possible future not the 100% because if he could see the 100% it means we never had free will but because he allows free will when he see the future he sees the 99% possible future that's just my thoughts.
@Ejaezy Says:
Yes, god knew that we would sin. The issue is that god had the plan of Jesus BEFORE the world was created (1 Peter 1:20) and then CREATED the conditions under which sin would result. Basically god set up Adam and Eve so they would sin, so that he could then enact the plan of salvation that he prepared for before he created Adam and Eve. A good father does NOT set up his children like this...

@gamefan8552 Says:
Most like he sent the flood to avoid a world which was much more evil than what we see today, although afterwards sin continued, we do not know the full consequences of allowing the world as it was when the flood came to go on, but certainly we would not be better than right now and that is already an improvement. It also makes it clear that despite God being all mercy and love, he does not have infinite patience as once a certain number of serious sins are committed there can be consequences as one would expect.

and even with the reboot theres a ripple effect
@nchunter8918 Says:
The best explanation of the purpose of the flood that I have seen is that it is a demonstration to all future generations that getting rid of the "bad people" isn't going to solve the issue of sin, we cannot just reboot our government, our culture, our world, and expect that putting people that seem to be better than those currently in charge in their place will fix the issue. We are all stained, even Noah and his family, the choice family from all the earth, and we all need a Savior.

A race and specie of Children will always have the same results when left unchecked, as this would be natural. And Yes that would also make you the same race and specie of Children. Ecclesiasticus 45:13 KJV Before him there were none such, neither did ever any stranger put them on, but only his children and his/God (children's children perpetually). Horses horse perpetually, Cow’s cow perpetually, Flower’s flower perpetually - Commonality Denominator - Species and Races (children's children perpetually) - If you guessed correctly this is also a Specie and Race of Children that would be perpetual - never ending or changing consistent and constant following a blueprint of design, that is what math does. God, therefore, is deemed an Infinitive “Thing” an unknown math value, that would be a math's, math, math's, away from us, paradox math that is perpetual, and we Children are designed in God's mathematics. See the problem rest here Romans 1:21 Because that, then they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; {(but became "vain" in their {imaginations}, and their {foolish heart} was {("darkened")}. The Race and specie of Children became "Vain" in their {Pretending} and {Make-Believe} and their {foolish heart} was {("darkened")}. The reality video card you're using in the world is also the "Imagination" reality video card. All of the Children are not knowing from birth, All Children "believe" in the "beliefs" of "believing" - Because they are naturally born with Zero information, -> Which makes them "Not Knowing First" Jesus already told us this The design problem is said here Luke 23:34 Then said Jesus, Father, forgive {them ”the”(Children)}; "for {they “the”(Children)} -> (know not what they do"). And they parted his raiment and cast lots. For {they "the"(Children)} -> (know not what they do") Expressed as also “not knowing” what they do, the reversely expressed is equally making it a paradigm of two words. Right now you have Accessible, Accumulative, Stored, Secondhand Information and We are all copies of copies of copies...To copy is to compliment. You must be taught Accessible, Accumulative, Stored, Secondhand Information {(you are (not) born with it.)} Accessible, Accumulative, Stored - without this, the next generation of Children become idiots and morons, back to Adam & Eve you shall be. Sin only exists with knowledge - an applied difference in knowledge. You're applying Accessible, Accumulative, Stored, Secondhand, Information - Why because you're naturally born by design with Zero information! The Children of the earth do not know from birth, and do not know what they do! And if you are indeed these Children are you also going to make "mistakes", a generator of mistakes naturally, because "not knowing" comes first - does it not? Therefore we can conclude as a race and specie of Children "That we are not knowing, that we don't know, that we are not knowing" and we will make "mistakes" and also "Sin" naturally! God already knows that we are not because God designed us that way. Let us show the way of Jesus, shall we? : For this, I reference Revelation 2:17 KJV He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna and will give him a white stone and in the stone a new name is written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. -> The Answer -> is Mistake I place two white stones upon your open hands and using a black marker ~ on the left hand, I write the name upon the new white stone "Mistake" on the right hand, I write the name upon the patina white stone "Sin". I saith to you: Those without Sin or those without Mistake cast either stone! If you can not cast either stone! You will bend at the knee, surrender to Jesus, and repent your sins! Your redeemer of redemption. 8 billion Children upon this earth, and NONE! Can cast either stone. A Biblical Scientific Fact my, my, my... Get behind me, Satan! because that is where the defeated go says, Jesus! How does one become God's answer, Simple Surrender & "Ask God" You are your question and you are your answer. You are the race and specie of Children that must become the key to the keyhole in God's kingdoms of Heaven. - Simple Surrender & "ask God". Your design is a "recipe" and will produce "results" 8 billion exacting results all point to "Not Knowing First" or else you would not be generating "sins and mistakes" now would you, and you would not to be educated or needing educational assistance. You are here in God's kindergarten to learn Indifferences.

@Tyler-Clark Says:
The simple answer, which even a number of Christians don't like or can't accept, is that now is not "just like" back in the days of Noah. During the days of Noah the Sons of God (angels) came down and had women bear their children. This also explains myths (while certainly still embellished) such as Hercules or Achilles, half-man yet half-"god", these were the men or renown. That unnatural and sinful pairing of women and angels is specifically part of the reason why God flooded the earth. To wash away hyrbrid's because it also fueled man's corruption. Mankind, by itself, is no different today than it was back then, we are just as evil, so it had be another element that was introduced into mankind's story which then caused God to flood the earth. The reason why Sons of God is interpreted as angels is because every other instance within the Old Testament where that phrase is mentioned it's clearly referencing angels, so following rules of interpretation, it would be very strange that the same phrase used in Gen. 6 would be something different.

I always wondered how giants like Goliath came back after the flood. Then I thought, maybe Ham and Japheth's wives carried some Nephillim genetics and then of course Goliath's lineage was bred for brute size and strength.
@aswdmod Says:
And how about God is just and gave the world 120 years to repent before He actually sent the flood He said He would bring. It’s the same with Exodus. You can’t have a problem with God bringing judgement on Egypt when you also want evil to be judged (enslavement of the Israelites for hundreds of years and whatever else they were doing)
@arcguardian Says:
It isn't a restart, ppl just call it that for some reason. Notice scripture mentions how eating meat becomes a provision after the flood, as well as a life span decline after the flood these factors imply continuation rather than a "reset". God wasn't "reseting" to soley STOP ALL EVIL He was also punishing evil. The true reset happens with the 1st resurrection, notice there is no Pinto after the 1st resurrection, only judgment and eternal fellowship with God... The question is flawed from the start and assumes only evil arises from Noah...

When God flooded the earth, it had nothing to do with starting over, or the nephilim. Scripture is clear that sin had increased to the heavens. Gen 6v5-8, 11-13, which is why God flooded the earth. To punish sin. Secondly, the idea that the nephilim were the result of humans mixing with fallen angels, resulting in giant people makes no sense. It assumes that "materialization" of such spiritual beings resulted not in just them being tangiable, but also having reproductive capabilities down to compatible DNA with humans (wouldn't that make them humans?). We would have to read alot in the text to conclude that to be true. Something the book of enoch did well. But also, the Dr Frank referenced with regard to the flood is not just wrong in my eyes because he says the earth was flooded to wipe out the nephilim and other evil people, but also because the bible itself records the nephilim continued to exist way after the flood. We see them mentioned in Numbers 13v33 as existing at that time as well. Even with the assumption that the nephilim were the result of humans mixing with angelic beings, only 8 people survived the flood. These 8 would help repopulate the earth, and since we find the nephilim later in scripture, they'd also be descendants of Noah, like all of us. This would mean Noah himself would be a like descendant of angelic beings mixing with humans, and this has lots of issues. My logical conclusion, with much more likely a scenario, is that the Nephilim were human, in full, but with a height that is uncommon amongst regular human beings (think of Goliath for example). We know certain mutations can cause giagantism, and such mutations can be passed to next generation. Their height would make them physically more powerful (it's simple physics, the bigger the person, the greater their mass, the harder they punch), making them a force to be reckoned with, and so they are likely mentioned in genesis to honor them, because their mention in there is of respect, "... They were the heroes of old, men of renown." Gen 6v4, and not of illegitimacy. Same pattern appears in Numbers 13v33 "...We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them."

I notice, personally, that many try to out-logic God. They'll acknowledge the fact that He is All-knowing and yet they want to try and contend with His reasoning. Here is my stance on the subject: God, by a logical standard, knowing we would sin would never have created us at all simply by the fact that we would near constantly rebel. But God imparts His grace and mercy to us like a father insomuch that, while He could very well destroy us with ease, He gives us the chances to right our standing with Him. Ultimately, He chose to use His son, Jesus, as the very standard by which we could follow-not only swear to for forgiveness. Saint Paul says it best, "But God commended His love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners; Christ died for us." It is 'love' not 'logic' that compells Our Father. We make the mistake sometimes of trying to box God into the categories of logic or emotion and the two are not mutually exclusive. What it is is our minds trying to cope with situations we cannot logic out ourselves and so we think that God either doesn't care or that there is no certain answer. The trouble with either of those thought patterns is that it leads to an infinite regress. "If He did this, then why not this?" or "The Old Testament God was so just and full of righteous wrath. Why won't He punish evil like He did thousands of years ago?" And so on and so forth. People tend to forget that Jesus set up a New Covenant. The covenant of Forgiveness. It does not excuse unabaited evil but allows that those who commit sin the chance to redeem themselves whereas under the Old Covenant there was no real way out. The defining differences make so ALL can come before the Mercy Seat. Sin is punished, just not via outright destruction now.

To end the war in Ukraine the discovery that atheism is a logical fallacy needs to be news. Humanity are deceived and they would not understand the deception if an encyclopedia was written explaining the obvious. The most emblematic remark of atheism is "who created god?" that means "who created what is not created?" that fools ask between laughs while other fools applaud. Is this fact not enough to abandon atheism, the belief inmune to arguments that everything came from nothing that harms innocent and vulnerable children?. Is not atheism a lie that looks like a lie told by liars without morals the obvious truth? Life is not a joke that was created from nothing like atheists believe and there are eternal consequences for living unethically hurting God’s Creation. Atheists have been defending an idea without any arguments since before the times of Epicurus and his famous fallacious quote "Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?". Atheism is a logical fallacy that assumes God is the religious idea of the creator of the creation to conclude wrongly that no creator exists because a particular idea of God doesn’t exist. The atheist logical fallacy would test your IQ and if you don't understand it children would explain it to you because it is easy to understand being honest and impossible lying to oneself. With the arguments presented Epicurus can only conclude that an omnipotent and benevolent God doesn’t exist, not that God doesn't exist. I have lived long enough to know humanity would not say the truth under torture to save oneself, let alone their own beautiful, innocent and vulnerable children's lives. Humanity are cowards dying in war for lies. Atheists would ask "why not believing in fairy tales is a logical fallacy?" confirming I am right and atheists believe God is sky daddy and don't believe God exists, and they are wrong because they believe. God is creator of the creation and sky daddy is the religious idea of the creator of the creation. To honour the truth. For dignity. For life. For love. Would you admit atheism is a logical fallacy? God is necessary for existence because from non existence can not be created existence and i invite you to follow the logic that leads to an eternal entity that created the creation. Why i am suffering the most and severe censorship in history in a social media era for many years?

Big difference between God and the LORD. Their Spirits (Spirit of God and the Spirit of the LORD) are polar opposite as well. There's two (contradictory) creation accounts in Genesis 1-3. Read carefully. The Manual of Discipline, one of the Dead Sea Scrolls, says that God created two great spirits, one of truth and one of perversity, the latter being the angel of darkness. 'Through the angel of darkness, however, even those who practice righteousness are liable to error. All their sin and their inequities, all their guilt and their deeds of transgression are the result of his domination; and thus, by God's inscrutable design, will continue until the time appointed by Him.'
