As for whether its reasonable that all miracle claims are false, it is completely reasonable. People misunderstand and misinterprete events around them all the time. If you have been conditioned to believe in some sort of deity, you are going to find ways to justify that belief. What better way than with a miracle. People used to think that all sorts of natural events were miracles ot signs. Now we know they are just nature.
