I know when the Holy Spirit moved on me. October 31st 1993 at 10:15 AM, but I was like a shooting star, started off bright, and then it's just I feel like downhill from now or downhill from there, but I'm not doing what I was and I'm doing what I wasn't so I guess I'm growing, and it's a lifetime, right?
@Blueszooboo Says:
I've been saved for 30 + and still binge drink and do blow when I'm really buzzed. I have one foot in the world in 1 in Christianity, and it's driving me nuts. I'm sick of it. I want to do the right thing but I don't Roman's 7:14 Define repentance
@Zleepy-Code-Studios Says:
drugs is bad, but it does not make you an evill person... god hates evill people,not drugs.

I just need to Thank GOD for allowing me to come across this particular Video. This young gentleman asked 💯% GREAT QUESTIONS on Drug & Alcohol Addicts BELIEVING IN GOD OUR SAVIOR, yet REPEATEDLY "Falling" right back...to their Vices. I am that person. I definitely suffer consequences from Vice Lifestyle to date. I am grateful to want to continue knowing GOD. I understand "OBEY GOD & LEAVE ALL THE CONSEQUENCES TO HIM", yet my Rebellious Flesh continually tries to "justify" what I know is harming and has harmed my entire family and financial relationships to date. I am suffering & repentant.

Salvation first DISCIPLESHIP after easy learn how to rightly divide the word
@Breakeverychainprayer Says:
This guy's isn't saved if he has to ask this because he is blinded by his self righteous attitude people do not understand how to divide the word.... why can't people understand they have to constantly add to what Jesus did !
@Breakeverychainprayer Says:
This guy says " the demons believe 😂Jesus didn't die for demons
@Breakeverychainprayer Says:
This guy asks questions are you saved if your in addiction .. YES IF YOU BELIEVE. JESUS CHRIST DIED FOR YOUR SIN... NOT TRUSTING IN THE PROMISE OF GOD WOULD ACTUALLY DISQUALIFY SALVATION THINKING JESUS CANT FORGIVE OR SAVE ANYONE. THAT'S WHAT THIS GUY IS SAYING
@Breakeverychainprayer Says:
Everytime I hear people they say it's not by works but if you drink and do drugs or are gay your not saved BOTTOM LINE IT ISNT BY WORKS WE GET SAVED BY BELIEVING JESUS CHRIST DEATH BURIAL AND RESURRECTION FOR ETERNITY ---AFTER THIS WE NEED TO TRY TO SERVE GOD WE ARE SAVED WETHER YOU FULLY SURRENDER OR NOT HOWEVER IF WE MAKE POOR CHOICES GOD CANNOT BLESS US AND WE WON'T BE FULLY HAPPY ON EARTH
@Breakeverychainprayer Says:
Isn't that a contradiction frank you said we aren't saved by what we do but the person who doesn't stop drugs shows she isn't truly saved ???? You said Christians all sin then the mess about being truly saved if somebody is an addict ?????

Alone im drowning and i cant find help. Being tormented. I dont wanna miss JESUS!!!!!!! sometimes i think He allowed me to fall bc of these addictions... like in Revelation it says people will be given over to their evil desires. OHHH IF I HAD THE MEANS ID WELCOME EVERY BROKEN PERSON SUFFERING MORE OFTEN THAN NOT ALONE IN SILENCE ISOLATED WITH NO SUPPORT OR LOVE IN THEIR LIVES WE EXIST! Please remember me LORD Have mercy on me and others in very similar situations... I see what time it is ...ive felt the urgency and i used to speak about it but none wanted to hear or maybe dont believe me... OR MAYBE I myself have already fallen away and will never see Christ face to face and never experience the new heaven and new earth and new family and angels etc etc or be enveloped in the Love of the LORD???.... when nothing makes sense and you know youve prayed and spoke to Lord repenting praying for forgiveness you begin to believe you werent found worthy. Afraid He left already for EVERY DOOR seems to be shut and shut tight... in my heart idk my heart is broken and mind tormented
@SeekAfterGod Says:
Your own behavior is not your savior. Jesus Christ and His finished work of the cross (the gospel.) is what saves. All who believe will be in paradise you cannot lose salvation once you accept and believe the gospel.
@StopBelievingLiars Says:
It’s the same as being a drunk. It doesn’t matter if a person say, they are saved a drunkard will not inherit the kingdom of Heaven. The same for a drug addict.
@StopBelievingLiars Says:
They can be saved, but only if they repent of sin and do not habitually indulging it. It’s the same with fornication. If anybody doesn’t repent, they will go to hell. It doesn’t matter what you believe. We are all judged by our works. People think that as long as you believe in Jesus, you can live your life however, you want to and that is a lie. This guy is a false teacher. He doesn’t even teach repentance. Luke 13.3 unless you repent, you will perish whatever you profess to believe doesn’t matter.
@EmmanuelPE Says:
Please pray for me
@elizabethwells70 Says:
Frank, Repent does NOT mean to turn from your sins. No where in the Bible does it say Repent of your sins. Go to Jonah 3:10 King James Bible, 3 And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way, God sees turning from sin as WORKS and we are NOT saved by our works. 3 continued and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them and he did it not. God Repented, God changed his mind. Read the King James Bible, not the modern translations where words are added and verses removed. Acts 16:30-31 And brought them out, and said Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
@jf5154 Says:
To the man's question about drugs and can the person be saved?? Its whats in your heart if they know it's wrong and are trying to stop for god that's what is important again it's whats in there heart that they know there sinning and trying to stop another example lusting after another person walking down the street in public we would all need to be blinded to stop that sin from happening
@jh9912 Says:
On same token...Are gay people saved no matter what if they keep sinning to? Can they lose their salvation?

20 years addicted to adult content. I was saved during most of that time. I know that because it was a growing conviction and plague on my conscience. I hated the hypocrisy and I knew it was keeping me from having a romantic relationship. I can say, with reasonable confidence, i am now free. It's a long time, many challenges, prayers and growth. But it was being saved and knowing I wasn't bearing the fruit i should that pushed me to continue to pursue christ. Today, i can say im free of it.
@maylene8190 Says:
The bible says in Ephesians 6 we wrestle not against flesh and blood. Addictions are spiritual strongholds that needs to be broken through deliverance.
@STROND Says:
Please note that Jesus did not die on a cross but rather a upright stake or pole.

@GiftofGrace88 Says:
Do not be deceived! Understand the simplicity that is in Christ (2 Corinthians 11:3). The Gospel (1 Corinthians 15). Amazing Grace from God! Eternal life is a free gift! We are all sinners in the flesh who have fallen short of the glory of God and deserve eternal punishment. We all need a savior to save us from eternal punishment in the lake of fire because God hates sin and it separates us from God in Heaven. But God so loved us that he sent his only begotten Son to pay for ALL of our sins. Jesus Christ died for our sins, buried, and rose from the dead. If we believe and trust in Christ who paid ALL of our sin debt, then we are born again in the spirit and His righteousness is imputed on us. We are saved by grace through faith and it is NOT of ourselves or works that save us, ONLY Christ alone 100%. Therefore, we have eternal life as a free gift from God. How amazing is the Grace of God! Believe on Christ while you still have the opportunity. Once you die, it is too late and then comes the judgment of eternal punishment according to your works. Ephesians 1 13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

I don't know,but I would stay after God in prayer for deliverance.Theres a Scripture obedience is better than sacrifice.That means it's better to be faithful to God then to give presents for your sin.
@bricemakes1180 Says:
I agree. My only problem to this answer is “we sin everyday” which is not true according to scripture. (1 John 1:5-10). This ideology can be a problem for Christians because often times from what I have observed they will us Jesus as an excuse to keep sinning or thinking you will sin in the future and there is nothing you can do to stop it. Jesus says otherwise. Jesus has told people in the New Testament to go and see no more (John 8:3-11). There is more examples and evidence in the Bible, but you get the point I hope.
@chelseylyn Says:
I'm a recovering addict. I think there is a difference between genuine remorse, repentance & and truly trying to turn from it and messing up from time to time. Someone who continues to use drugs & alcohol on a daily basis & says "I'm a Christian" to me doesn't seem saved. They aren't truly repentant & wanting to turn from their sin. Help is out there- detox (to safely get off drugs) inpatient treatment (a safe place to give you a jump start and some sobriety behind you) outpatient treatment or AA (to continue your sobriety when back in the real world) & of course church, Gods word, prayer & the love of Jesus Christ. There really is no excuse if you truly want sobriety. Drunks do not inherit the kingdom of God. It is not a disease like the world wants you to believe, it is a sin.. But if you lean on Jesus Christ he will help you just like he helped me ❤
@sar_e_bear Says:
The detox from alcohol is more deadly than the detox from hard drugs. Alcohol needs detox in a facility.
@thisistheway7529 Says:
Moment we confess, repent and trow ourselfe on mercy of God, God is giving us victory over sin. Means; we are no more slaves to sin and satan.

Wrong again! Matthew 5:48 (KJV) Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. 2 Timothy 3:17 (KJV) That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Getting her saved was the easy part. If you don’t have the resources yourself refer and take them to another ministry who does. I used to work with addicts for a little bit. They are many Christian ministries / secular organizations who have rehab homes, what does the government have to do with its besides the documents she made need? She can get saved, but getting delivered and free isn’t going to happen in the environment where she’s at. She’s not going to get free on her own terms. She’s gonna have to be willing to go somewhere and get help. If you need to drive her there then just do it. God sees the heart, but he sees action too.
@armyguy4124 Says:
Jesus can set us free. But we have to allow him to. As we grow in our walk with Christ the things of this world will fall away. We will desire his will more than our own. It is his victory on the cross that sets us free. He said " it is finished". That is where our victory lies. Love, God's love for us has set us free, and rectified us to himself. Thank you Heavenly Father for your mercy. Thank you Lord Jesus for loving us so much you have your life for us. And thank you Holy Spirit for leading us in the paths of Righteousness for his namesake Amen ✝️
@notacatgirl94 Says:
A sin committed compulsively, or under coercion is quite different than a sin committed willfully, or celebratory. Only willful sin is mentioned as not being covered by the sacrifice of Christ. (Hebrews 10:26) Addiction I believe would fall under coercion, and not willful...unless the person in question is attempting to justifying their drug use as something that is holy, in which case we may have a serious spiritual issue going on. Hope this is helpful to anybody reading and as always may the Lord Jesus bless you and keep you to Him be the glory forever. Amen.
@bryanbulmer6716 Says:
I was addicted to drugs, heroin and meth for a long time. I still had relapses after I got saved. Some people get delivered right away and for others it is more of a struggle and fight.
@bryanbulmer6716 Says:
The fact that the woman was crying because she was still getting high but was still stuck on the street and couldnt get into detox and rehab right away is a good sign. Because she now cares and sees something wrong with it.
@dirkmoolman Says:
I think Frank was a bit harsh here. The guy had genuine real questions. Addiction is physical. Only by a miracle of God can instantaneous healing occur. Other people need medical help. Yes, there are people who prayed and were instantly healed. But I find that the exception. Can they be saved ? Of course. Do they need medical help. Absolutely. This is not an either or scenario.
@loucontino4804 Says:
So long as we are in the world, there is sin. We're still in the flesh and we drag this around with us, seeking Christ to keep us under the covert of His Wing protected from sinning. That means walking in His Holy Spirit. The difference is when you are walking in Christ, His HOLY Spirit convicts you time and time again to repent and you will come to hate that sin and through Christ's strength you will, alone or with the help of others, relinquish doing it. It takes growth in The Word, Prayer and Repentance but you will leave the chains that drugs, alcohol, lust, greed, envy, hatred put upon you. Everyone of those is a battle in the flesh and we fall periodically. But never ever doubt the efficacy of Jesus Christ's work at The Cross. No quick fix, living your life for God is a commitment that never ends until we leave this world to be with Christ.
@milk2meatMDCXI Says:
Ultimately, if us Christians walked around telling everybody that they have to completely overcome their addictions in order to be saved, we would be preaching works-based salvation.
@kevinburtnick7818 Says:
I hope they can be saved. Drugs can severely damage a person's mind and reasoning skills. This damage can lead to impaired cognitive functions, memory loss, and diminished decision-making abilities. Chronic drug use can cause structural changes in the brain, impacting regions responsible for reasoning and judgment. Overall, drugs can be devastating to a person's mental faculties, undermining their ability to think critically and logically. Pray pray pray for these people.
@kiwisaram9373 Says:
As with all things check with your doctors as some drugs are not illegal and are called medicines. If a doctor prescribes pain killers then that is enough and if God wants to take away that pain that is even better and praiseworthy.
@Matthew13_9-13 Says:
You can lose your salvation 100% even if you believe because you need to maintain it, it's not a one time purchase
