That answer seemed to me to be a non answer. Almost a "look at what they are not doing" answer. Better answer would be, because we are not in the street shouting the gospel.. why?...... because christians do not have bible literacy to defend their faith when asked therefore they don't put themselves in the place to exercise that, which is in the street.
@JamesSullivan-ru4op Says:
The typical do nothing sportball fan or TV binge watcher Christian, "I'm just going to wait for Jesus to come fix everything," Life, neither in the Christian sense or the worldly sense, is NOT a spectator sport. It's absolutely participation. Why are we where we are now? Because for generations, Christians did nothing or nothing of consequence, nothing that mattered. The USA should have revolted in revolution over Roe vs Wade. Crickets. Murdering babies, dismembering them alive, partial birth abortions, the entire horrendous affair wasn't enough to stir Christians or anyone to end the barbaric practice. We are pitiful beyond words.

Can you guys let me know when you're done revising the scriptures?

Thankfully my pastor talks about these things.
@brianandersen1629 Says:
It is illegal for churches to make political statements because they are not taxed. It's not enforced oftentimes, but the law is there. Pastors are not "weak" because they avoid politics.
@ezbody Says:
He didn't mention the Antifa, George Soros, lizard people and the post-modernist neo-marxist professors. If any of you brothers and sisters need more imaginary things to be afraid of, just ask your dear devil-worshipping friends at Fox News, they are always willing to come up with new things for you to fear, and new groups of people for you to hate. 👍😏👍
@beowulf7992 Says:
How bout pastors who think and claim that women are better than men??? Too many effeminate churches in the US!!!
@TheRastacabbage Says:
Most people have this bizarre notion that being a christian is some vague idea of being nice. So just endlessly repeat jesus loves you, he forgives sins & it's all good
@sicdavid6292 Says:
Tax all congratulations using churches for political campaigning, party news, or fund-raising events. Anyone stands up and talks politics should be sanctioned or excommunicated. SEPARATE CHURCH FROM POLITICS NOW Respect everyone's 1st amendment rights like the constitution says.

When I look at all the hate statements against pastors that are listed here, I can't help but remember that a pastor was the reason that I gave my heart to Jesus. I'd never met anyone like him. He walked the walk that I thought was impossible. I was sure that he was a fraud. He wasn't! That was twenty-five years ago and I married his daughter. His children aren't like other pastors children either. They are both the real deal also. You people condemning pastors need to remember that people who condemn pastors and our part of churches are generally the troublemakers. You're the reason why people don't want to go to church. And the others hypocritically don't go to church because they don't want to be held to the standards that the pastors are held too. Jesus said to love one another and was talking specifically about the church! You don't get a pass because you don't go to church! Jesus went to church, his disciples went to church, so why do you think you're better than them?
@jordanmadden7388 Says:
Your pastor should not be afraid to talk about the issues of the current world. Nor should your pastor be so wrapped up in politics that it becomes a political rally as opposed to preaching the gospel. I have seen it go both ways.

@michelangelope830 Says:
I need to speak with you. It is important because lives would be saved with my knowledge. I have never won a debate in my life and i have discovered atheism is a logical fallacy. I am a psychologist, economist, philosopher, artist, man of many talents, poet that writes prose to be understood better, reality that is too incredible to be fiction to be sincere and loving poems to make the world infinitely better with knowledge that saves lives. Have you heard about the discovery ages ago that atheism is a logical fallacy on the news? Atheism is a logical fallacy that assumes God is the religious idea of the creator of the creation to conclude wrongly no creator exists because a particular idea of God doesn’t exist. Would you memorize the fallacy to preserve knowledge so future generations would be grateful for whoever helped them. God is simple to explain and impossible to understand because we can not comprehend infinitude. I need to establish a communication. If I am in the corner looking to the wall punished i can't do miracles. Do you understand?
@solideomusical Says:
My pastor never mentions any of those things specifically but he does allude to them. I am told there are democrats in the church who he doesn't want to offend. When Roe was overturned I was surprised to hear not even a 'peep' - much less a celebration from them.
@Niko_Kapanen82 Says:
The truth is that these issues that were addressed by Turek in this video are so obviously wrong that even many atheists are acknowledging them. So, unfortunately, in today's world, things have gone so badly wrong that simply being a basic worldly sinner with the values that were normal in sinful world, let's say, 30 years ago, would make you look like a saint today. So, the thing is that if you are only addressing these major issues, that does not make you a Christian yet. God calls us for much deeper and holier existence.

Essentially, it is one of the reminders I was given recently. If you have something that you need to say, but you hold your tongue; that can lead to terrible things later.
@drumrnva Says:
This country is God's sovereignty? What on earth does that mean?
@PirateTruck Says:
My church feels the opposite. It feels like the pastor always talks about controversial political topics to the exclusion of basic christian principles like love.
@MeshachKanyion Says:
On the flip side I know pastors who only do this. Their flocks have yet to hear the gospel, but they think they have.
@kb3svj Says:
There psudo preachers fear the loss of their IRS tax exempt status more than they fear Almighty God if they speak out against the state sponsored evils plaguing our society.
@АмериканскийВолк40 Says:
I can't count how many sermons my Pastor has preach by prefacing it with the warning that the message would be considered hate speech by our current society, and there are many who would want to cancel him for it. Then he preaches that message anyway, reminding us that we need to preach the truth of God's Word, no matter what the world might think!
@unc1589 Says:
Wait, what is meant by CRT? One of my issues is that white pastors don’t (can’t) talk about race. Because they’re guilty. Out popped CRT from a man of biblical wisdom. Why CRT in the first place? Why affirmative action? Why “woke?” These are previous irresponsibility issues. They are what happens because another thing didn’t happen a long time ago. I listen and learn from God no matter the color of the speaker. But don’t think I don’t notice that in these “lists” of things pastors don’t teach, “whiteness” is never on the list. Whiteness is a horrific sin. A sin against those made in the image of God. Pastors have “favorite sin” lists but their own sins are never on them. Drinking Smoking Adultery Drugs Partying Fighting. Easy. Many pastors have no desire/struggle with those anyway. Pride, White supremacy (white entitlement). Never heard a sermon about that! Never! No notable pastor has done a series on whiteness. Because sure, they love Jesus, but nothing comes before my white rights. In that, I’ve seen em fail by the dozens.

Frank came to my church after God had removed a jezabelic couple from running the show, this couple wouldn't allow prayers on the prayer wll because it could 'offend' others.I literally asked for prayers for victims of narcisstic abuse. Thank Jesus God hears the prayers of a righteous and contrite heart.

We are nonjudgementalizing our way into a paralysis. Good example being Soros purchased judges who won't judge.
@rolfinator37 Says:
We do...lol. and if you don't like it then you're the problem. It's a moral issue, it's a spiritual issue, therefore it must be brought up. Eph 6 and 2cor ch10 v4.
@typenew6421 Says:
This will lead you nowhere. Except maybe unequally yoking(2 Corinthians 6:14) yourself to other religions and and non-believers. Christians will thus be seen as dishonest, bigoted and hateful like they already are in the eye of the populace. Maybe start with inviting t's into sunday service. You don't have to give in to their demands or let them lead the way. Let them rather hear the true words of the Lord.
@ΨηλοςΟρειτης Says:
Most clergy is part of so called closed clubs of interest, masons mostly, they've separated themselves long ago from their spiritual Christian duties, now they're employees of those secular groups, dressed as clergyman , may God have mercy on their souls at the moment of judgement
@Dementlegirl1 Says:
Bless that man for asking the question!
@zachtbh Says:
Oh, my pastor talks about we need to be concern for climate change 🤦‍♂️
@thinkingtoinfinity Says:
Absolutely. Too many pastors choose protecting their "brand" over faithfulness to Christ. They're influenced more by the fear of lowered weekend attendance and massive church utility bills than a reverent fear of God for not stewarding their people well.
@alecvillareal450 Says:
True, expose sin and let righteousness be revealed. The Lord Jesus Christ, the Prophets and the Apostles. That's how they did it. Aside from Dr. Frank Turek, I recommend listening to Pastor John MacArthur as well. I may not agree to everything he teaches but he stands up for the Truth and the Gospel. And, talks about every issue we have in the world today. Thank you and Jesus bless you.
@ayamayamblackwhite3190 Says:
Frank im sure islam will tremble in fear if they hear you speak , as they remember how babaric Christians are when they get involve in government , they will think of how Christianity slaughtered muslims as the rescue Jerusalem during the crusades 😁🤣 ISIS wil wet its pants as its older abrahamic brother take its original position in politics 😂🤣🤣
@ayamayamblackwhite3190 Says:
When Christians got involved full time in politics that was several centuries ago during the time of Constantine up to dark ages . The world was fckup because of their involvement. I.S.I.S. pale in comparison with the mess, murder, torture & suffering they caused. 😁🤣🤣
@joshuakohlmann9731 Says:
In the UK, there's a case for saying religion - at least the Christian religion - "doesn't touch" politics, beyond a fairly Liberal worldview that sometimes permeates into sermons. But in the USA, surely churches "touch" politics _too much,_ with religion meddling in public affairs beyond an acceptable limit - from what I see, anyway.
@markreed2576 Says:
If pastors speak about these societal maladies, they better be doing it the context of the scriptures. Jesus didn’t come to address social issues. He came with a message of repentance, forgiveness and grace. ◄ Revelation 21:8 ► But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.” That’s his final warning ⛔️ !!!!

@SockPuppet-q4x Says:
One cannot serve both God and Trump. They are opposites. While Jesus suffered for your sins, Trump wants you to suffer for his sins. Christ or Antichrist? The choice is yours...Stay on the narrow path. Politics pollutes the faith.

God is growing His church just fine. Just because we don't believe we are seeing the results in the manner we would like doesn't mean it isn't happening.
