Get ready to rewrite your instruction manual for success with Codie Sanchez on Impact Theory. Codie Sanchez Quotes: 'Money wields more power than you perceive. Hearing that 'money can't buy happiness' often leads to the false narrative that money is evil, worthless, or unworthy of pursuit." 'I don't acquire money because I want Lamborghinis and fancy things. I do it because I think it is a way to freedom, because it is a tool for power.' 'Most people that are blue collar workers, at least in my experience that I've worked with, they think about personal development a bit like therapy.' "Strive for excellence to an extent that you become impossible to ignore." 'I had to re-navigate and negotiate my language. That was the only way I could change my relationship with money. So it started with being okay with things like personal development, which is totally normal.' 'Do you think you have been investing in small businesses for so long? Small has affected your thinking?' 'I actually think that money might be contagious and that if you are around people who have it, the exact opposite of everything we think happens, [...] especially when you're young, and especially if you're hungry.' 'I don't really know how to learn except I get around other people who have more than I do and I just see how they think. And then it opens up this whole aperture' 'I don't know when in today's world we decided that having difficulties in front of you meant that you were meant for less. That is such a false narrative, so I just don't ascribe to it.' so where's the part for broke people?
@GordonTurner-z8n Says:
Christphor Hitchens did not become a Christian before his death. He even predicted that people would make that claim. In an interview with Anderson Cooper, he said: “If that comes it will be when I’m very ill, when I’m half demented either by drugs or by pain when I won’t have control over what I say. I mention this in case you ever hear a rumour later on, because these things happen and the faithful love to spread these rumours.” His wife and close friends also firmly denied any suggestion of a deathbed conversion. His wife stated: “That never happened. He lived by his principles until the end. To be honest, the subject of God didn’t come up.”

“You can’t create pain”. Glad to hear someone who is massively successful say that. I went through sales training in the 1980’s and we were taught to create pain in the prospect so that we could offer them a solution to the pain we just created. It’s a slimy way to do business and I was not successful until I learned a better way (uncovering pain rather than creating it)

@zacharysmith5947 Says:
Thats the problem isnt it. The drive for $$$$ primarily and above all else. Dude, you keep digging deeper. Money is evil, the pursuit of money over all else is the devil leading his minions to everlasting death. If these Rich folks wanted you to be rich. They would give you the money like how was given to them. There is no trick or skill or any other dynamic. But they can string along the ignorant, those unfortunate enough to be misguided and willing to misguide others. Do you really think rich folks care about you and your well being? LOL i will let you know how that turns out.

Love you Tom, but you loose me every time you start talking about millions of years of evolution and blah, blah, blah. Someone as Blessed as YOU? Do you Really think you did everything on your own and that entropy has Really made you and others Just want to become Good People??? We are All made in the image of God! Created to serve man and please God. So sorry, but I Pray you will find the 1 true and living God and stop thinking you just evolved from mucus, no matter How many millions of years.

"money trickles to the people around you" So trickle down destroys class mobility unless people with money deliberately surround themselves with people from different class But they'd rather surround themselves with similar people because of natural incentives So it doesn't work. :) "Show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome"

13:47 this is why I started my own little antique mall in June of 2024. I engage and connect with local people and together we build community. You can find us in Cataula, Ga. I love my customers and appreciate their support. I would encourage you to start a small business in your community. Bakery, garden store, deli, boutique, something where you get to know the people.

I think I get your take, Tom, on manifestation and here's an idea that explains it a little differently than you may not have considered. You are brilliant at putting pen to paper then quickly putting rubber to the road. Some people need more time to visualize and alter their beliefs before they can put rubber to the road in a meaningful way. Anyone who thinks manifestation doesn't involve action is fooling themselves. But some people need time to change their blueprint and to identify the right action and need time to overcome their fears. It's better to not enter into most ventures with an abundance of fear though some fear and concern is very healthy. Again, it shouldn't be seen at magic though. You built an identity as a rich game changer early on in life. Some people were continually fed the message they are useless and meaningless so they need more time to "know thyself.". This was a fabulous podcast.

Americans like to work hard, so why do they complain so much about TSMC’s work culture? Or has TSMC not found the right employees in USA?
@annieesther8405 Says:
Why do people hate Bezos? Because he doesn't give a sh*t about his employees. There are too many reports of how managers have put employees' lives in danger for the common folks to regard him as kind.
@regimatic Says:
Five minutes in and three F-words. What happened to basic respect?
@videosandstuff7328 Says:
Not at all EXACT about what they would do if broke. The video itself is not a bad video but like many of you I was looking for some meaningful advice if your actually broke. This is not it. These two folks seem to have a little bit of a self analysis session about how they see the world. Their personal approaches to whatever it is. They already own million dollar companies Blah blah blah. A little patting their backs. Whatever. Learning that they're already wealthy I thought I'd get some insight there. Once again they go into tangents about their life experiences & short stories that don't really address the title of this video. But it's all about the views right. Watch this! EXACTLY.
@Akewich135 Says:
In conclusion, this conversation highlights the importance of independent thinking, relentless self-improvement, and a focus on genuine value creation, rather than just superficial measures of success. It challenges common assumptions about building a business and advocates for a more pragmatic, purpose-driven approach to life. It's clear that having a purpose you're passionate about and a team to help you bring it to life is the most important component.
@ChelseaSun-c4i Says:
No disrespect you Tom but Klaus Schwab absolutely is not filled with good intentions at all, he envies Henry Kissinger, these people are obsessed with top-down control, they do not respect individual human sovereignty at all. I appreciate you but my friend you are completely wrong about these people and the evidence is very apparent and it's everywhere. I am posting this message in February of 2025 look at what they're trying to do through the European Union with censoring online free speech, it is absolutely something out of the dystopian sci-fi horror movie. These people do not respect us at all they want total control and we must be vigilant and we must raise awareness about it to others.

@DZMech Says:
Ok so If I'm a fast thinker and not a fast talker what would you suggest moving forward. I never really had an actual business persay but basically built a advanced hobby level garage where basically anything could be built from design to actual working product.. From furniture to cars. I've never actually asked how would one move forward with this to make it into a business or is it even viable?
@Visioneering1 Says:
Probably shouldn’t be bragging about p diddys art collection or that you went to his house!
@Visioneering1 Says:
So codie is suggesting that we go work for a small business for who knows how many years to learn the biz before we buy? She did not do that. It appears she bought into syndicates and had exposure to invest in multiple businesses.
