I know I shouldn’t focus on this but it is hard to take serious these very smart people. Who have such a blind spot, that they still represent Jesus as this lily white skinned man with long flowing hair. He was black! So much evidence points to this fact. But even people who can demonstrate God’s existence through scientific and philosophical means. Cant get this simple fact straight. 😐

Good grief. On reading the comments, it seems that so many of Frank's or JWW's followers simply cannot address the point. They see something from Frank or JWW and they go straight into preaching mode or "praise Jesus" mode. So exactly what kind of education is being referred to here? Of course modern Christians and non Christians owe an enormous debt to the Church Fathers and to Paul and to Jesus. But then the early Christians owe an enormous debt to the Jews (they 'stole' God from the Jews), the Romans (who gave them an empire which helped them spread the message), and the Greeks (who influenced early Christian thought, e.g. the Stoics). We modern folk (Christians, and non Christians) hold to older Christian attitudes in so many ways. However, many modern Christians should flatter themselves far less than they actually do. Where would they be without the Jews, the Romans and the Greeks? And where would we all be without the Arabs, and the Indians, and perhaps even the Chinese. Then there are all these primitive cultures which have so much to teach Christians about how to live with contentment and acceptance. Blow your minds. No point in sending missionaries to convert and "save" them, nor capitalists to give them material wealth. In various books they explain why.

Jesus is mercy, love, and compassion. We aspire to be like him. Please fellow Christians pray for me. I lost my job over not wanting the vaccine, I have lupus and I struggle with so many aches and pains I’m on a ton of meds already, on top of all of that I have stents in my heart I can not get vaccinated, because of my stents, my job didn’t care and fired me anyway. Feeling so hopeless. I don’t know how I’m going to make it. I’m a single mother I can’t even feed my children! I’m so ashamed. But even though I’m going through all of this, I still have faith in Jesus! ❤️

I think Some people are born slaves to sin so as a result will do evil. but Jesus came to set the captive free. And didn't even the apostle Paul still struggle with evil. Hey Frank 1 of my super hero's, do you think being unloving can be evil? or self righteousness, or denying your brother love and support provision and light? Was it evil to throw Joseph in a pit? All I know is I'm not a perfect man I need grace and love friends and a family. And other people to worship Jesus with. But even if or when I'm left alone (kinda feel like job right now) I'm still gonna praise Him. I believe as Christians whatever the circumstances always give thanks to God. Although admittedly sometimes I grumble try not to but life for me has been so so hard. But we keep hoping keep praying keep trying keep saying thank you Jesus because you are the only one who is worthy and I love you and thank you for always being there for me in Jesus name Amen. What an absolute mess. "Heavy sigh" Jesus is Lord & Alive!!! ✝️💕🏃🌎💨

Every Church needs more stuff like this 👍
@Matthew_Holton Says:
Education owes nothing to 'Jesus'. there have been excellent traditions of education across the world for thousands of years, long before christianity or even Judaism. The monopoly on education exercised by the church in Europe from the dark ages to the renaissance severely hampered progress in science, human rights and prosperity. Opening up education to everyone, allowing people to think for themselves, allowing people to learn and use critical thinking skills is kryptonite for religion and we are seeing the results with a steady decline in religiosity in the western world.

Jesus Christ is so influential that even people who want to pretend He isn't Lord and say the Bible isn't true are compelled to come here and spend an inordinate amount of time talking about Him. Impressive indeed.
