The sons of God are not angels they are men following the spirit of God as his spirit was with man back in the day. IT is written in scripture anyone that follows the spirit of God is a son of God. God is mad at mankind for choosing mates of their own choosing. Nations are named after a father in scripture. Abraham is considered a father. Jacob (Israel) is the father of the twelve tribes. Even Cain in Geneis had tribes from his line.

I don't understand the confusion. Genesis 6 says sons of god took daughters of men as WIVES. Jesus in Matthew 22 says angels do not marry nor are they given in marriage. Sons of god refers to humans several more times, not including Jesus, than it hint at angels, and once by Nebuchadnezzer who inserted his own Babylonian myth to define what he saw in the furnace.
