Apple's Products Are Getting So Expensive, Here's Why. Apple products are notorious for being insanely expensive. After mastering the art of 'conspicuous consumption', the tech company seems to be hellbent on pushing its customer's pricing boundaries. I mean this is a trillion-dollar company whose market cap is even higher than the GDP of Switzerland!
So why are Apple's products more expensive than its competitors? Is it simply because of loyal customers who pay just to have their favorite brand's logo on each of Apple's luxury products? What exactly is it about Apple that makes people go insane every time the company releases a new product, with essentially the same old specs? Do you think the hype is even worth the price hikes? You are better off with getting anything that is non Apple. I can't believe it that in 2024 Apple still charges $1K for their entry level laptops and desktops but puts only 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage. That's a rip off. The only good thing about Apple are their iPhones. People just buy Apple to show off.

If you are to compare the entire Pro Display market the xdr display and the stand is near same or some times cheaper to other options there is this thing called you are not there target demographic it's like saying wow this red weapon camera sensor is super expensive why can't they mass produce it and make it cheaper it's not meant for you and they don't want you using it they want people who know how to use it to use it

If you understand what it's invested into mass producing such quality devices from logistics, hardware, software, marketing forincreasing profits annually, then people will realize it's actually fairprice for what it is. Also they work reliably and seamlessly. Not an easy feat. Form iPhones to iPad and Mac's with the watches and headphones from cloud services. All of this doesn't come cheap. And if you know how to use them, they will increase your productivity , well being and financial life more than you invest in them. I always recommend Apple products. They are not always perfect but they are the closest to that.

For example, the Mac mini starts at $699, not $799, and a lot of people have peripherals laying around that they could use anyways. Also, you can't find a single other $699 computer that will outperform the Mac mini M1. Also, similar video editing super premium super color accurate professional displays can cost $40,000, the Pro Display XDR is a steal in comparison. As for the iPhone, it is a premium phone and you get what you pay for. A $1,000 Android phone will perform very similarly to the iPhone, the iPhone may outperform it in some cases. And in terms of battery life, the 13 Pro Max has the best battery life in a phone, like ever. I have never seen a phone last as long, and battery tests confirm my thoughts. The amount of issues and oversights and incorrect 'facts' is overwhelming.

Click-baity and wrong. Apple products don’t carry the same premium prices they used to. Mac mini for example carried the same retail price in 2014 as today. Compare the pricing of the Mac Pro in 2013 to the one the video is wringing it’s hands over. On average across the product line prices have held or declined.
